Villa LEA MAGDALENA III is located in the town of Krk, only 500 m from the beautiful beach and pine forest. The house can accommodate 8 persons. Guests have at their disposal a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, barbecue and private parking. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room, a kitchen, an ensuite bedroom and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two ensuite bedrooms and a laundry room. On the second floor there is one ensuite bedroom, a gym, a sauna and a jacuzzi on the balcony with a sea view. The house is fully equipped and on a great location.
