The lodgings are in the old farmhouse and they all look out towards threshing-floor that until some years ago, was used to desiccate cereals.
All them are furnished with the comforts of home, with television, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and an independent kitchen.
There is ample outside space exclusively for the use of the guests, barbecue, the vegetable garden at guests disposal, safe space for kids games and a lot of peace and tranquillity.
At their arrival, guests will find linen (weekly change) and the kitchen provided with main foodstuffs (that must be restocked at leaving)

Location and surroundings of object
Our structure is located inside "Po Delta" area where, in ancient time, Po di "Tramontana" (North wind) branched itself from Po di "Levante" (east wind).
The farm holiday main face looks toward Po di "Levante" which, nowadays, is the only navigable branch: it joins Pavia to Venezia; often you can see the passing of touristic boats and "bettoline" (small tipical boats) that transport various materials.
Besides fields, our farm estate is surrounded by ample areas with an uncontaminated nature.
Po di Levante flows in front of building while on one side there is a channel that in ancient times was another Po branch.
Marsh reeds grow on the river bank and in their middle live various species: mallards,, wild ducks, turtles and so on.
In the evening it is quite common to see also herons that come back to their nests.
Walking in the country it is possible to observe these animals in full freedom into their habitat and hear their concertos.
In the right period the farm holidays guests can observe sheep flock passing near our farm if one will be lucky enough, it will be possible to sight some deers, at last come back in Rosolina area. Rosolina is a little Village along the SS. 's between two rivers: Adige and Po. In the surrounding fields grow cereal and vegetables, but there is also a railwaystation anche confortable public transport.
In about 10 km there is Rosolina Mare, with its wide and sandy beaches.

Beautiful house, nice landlord!
We were 5 people - 2 adults and 3 children for 3 weeks and liked it very much.
A beautiful house in a beautiful nature. Mrs and Mr Ballarin are very nice and accommodating landlords. The house is very quiet and yet it is not very far to the next village. 1-2 km away there are several restaurants and shops, supermarket. The sea can also be reached in 15 min. The tranquility of the location and yet in a maximum of 1 hour in all worth seeing cities of the region. (Venice, Padua, Ravenna.....)
The house was very nice, well furnished and very spacious. It was very clean and the landlords took great care to fulfil all our wishes. The design, the cleanliness and the attention of the landlords. We often got new towels. The house is well air-conditioned, so you can sleep well. There were bicycles for children and adults
The landlords were very nice and helpful. What more could you want?
