Description
The semi-detached house has 125 square metres and was completed in the summer of 2022. We, the landlords, live in the other semi-detached house and are on site as contact persons. The house is fully equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters. You park in a parking space next to the house, the gate is electric with a remote control, in front of the property you can also park.
The house has 2 double bedrooms with beds 180x200 m each, another room with corner wardrobe and extra bed, bathroom with ground-level shower, bath and toilet upstairs, downstairs living room with seating and dining area, separate 15 m² kitchen with new fitted kitchen and guest toilet. The holiday home has a terrace of approx. 24 square metres with garden furniture (no garden access).
The price includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.

Very nice, gladly again.
In search of a holiday home not far from Berlin, we ended up with the Bloy family. The nicely furnished semi-detached house was ideal for us. We had three separate bedrooms with our adult daughter and actually slept better on the good mattresses than at home. It is a quiet new housing development without through traffic. You can also hardly hear the airplanes. Everything matches the description of the offer. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the local train station due to construction work. However, it has since been completed and is usable again in time for our departure. We found another station and traveled several times by RE, subway, and S-Bahn in Berlin and Potsdam from there. With the Germany ticket, it was hassle-free.
But there's also plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. We would love to come back sometime.
