Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower for additional comfort. Culinary enthusiasts will be thrilled by the grill station, where you can prepare first-class meals to be enjoyed at a large dining table for ten people under the shady terrace. There are six private parking spaces available, two of which are covered, as well as a charging station for electric cars.
The interior of the villa is a true oasis of elegance and comfort. With a total area of 180 m², each room is designed to provide a perfect living experience. The rooms feature wooden elements that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Villa Marinella accommodates 8+2 guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, three more on the upper floor. The beds with comfortable mattresses guarantee a restful sleep. The modern bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers; one features an attractive bathtub for complete relaxation.
The central area of the villa is open plan and includes a modern kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. The kitchen with a central island is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a dining table for eight people. The living room is equipped with a luxurious sofa bed, which can be used as an additional bed for two people, as well as a large Smart-TV, allowing for cozy evenings with your favorite programs. Natural light brightens both floors, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while the upper outdoor terrace enables romantic moments under the starry sky.
