In the middle of Süderbrarup, our beautiful holiday home awaits you with a large garden plot, which offers the ideal starting point for a "holiday on foot" due to its central location. In addition to the cosy furnishings, the special feature of the holiday home is the barrier-free layout; you will even find a stair lift in the house.After an eventful day in the diverse Angling region, the outdoor area offers great opportunities to relax: On the 25m² terrace with awning, you can end the evening with a delicious barbeque using the charcoal grill.... just let your soul dangle again! The large, well-maintained garden is also completely fenced in, so that your four-legged friend will also feel right at home.Via the terrace, you enter directly into the open-plan living and dining area, which is brightly lit by the large windows and offers you a great view of the green garden. From the cosy sofa, you can also listen to the crackling of the open fireplace in the cooler seasons. Alternatively, you can make yourself comfortable with an exciting book in the reading chair by the fireplace or spend a cheerful evening playing games with the whole family at the large dining table in the living area. Via a hallway you enter the bright kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired for hobby cooks with its various cooking utensils. On the ground floor you will also find a small guest toilet.Two separate bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house, which you can optionally reach via a stair lift (loadable up to 120kg). Here, a large double bed and a single daybed ensure a pleasant and restful night's sleep. The ultra-modern bathroom with daylight offers a walk-in shower and washing machine & dryer as well as a great infrared light sauna - so wellness fans will also get their money's worth! There are two parking spaces in front of the house. If you want to explore the region with your own bicycles, you can store them safely in the lockable shed. Additional equipment includes a baby travel cot and high chair, which can be provided free of charge upon request.

In season A and over holidays there is a minimum stay of 7 nights, in season B + C of 4 nights.

The overnight prices are valid for 4 persons, if required 2 persons can be added for an extra charge of € 10,- per night/person.

A maximum of 1 dog is welcome and will be charged an extra € 5,- per night. Cats are not allowed.

The obligatory final cleaning service of € 85,- is already automatically included in the total price for the requested period of stay via our price calculator.

Initial laundry equipment (1 x bed linen, 1 x shower towel, 1 x hand towel per person; 3 x dish towels, 1 x shower mat per stay) is included; desired change of linen for € 15,- per person possible on site.

Firewood for the stove must be brought by the guest.
