Romantic cottage holiday home in maritime elegant stand house style in Caputh Schwielowsee, approx. 70 m from the natural bathing beach of the Havel. On the ground floor there is a beautiful veranda with seating, a large country kitchen, the bedroom with double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, a small reading corner and a small bathroom with shower (75 cm x 90 cm). On the first floor there is a living room in loft style with lateral lake view and large flat screen TV. The location is very central , you can reach the Caputh ferry , restaurants , the supermarket , the castle with park , the bus stop and much more in 5 minutes walking distance. As an outdoor seating area there are 2 chairs and a parasol in the front garden. The house is non-smoking and pet-free. There is no parking space in the street, but there are public parking spaces available.

The holiday home is centrally located in Caputh Schwielowsee bus , ferry , supermarket and castle are only 5 minutes walk away , to the Havel shore it is about 70 m , to the Caputher lake 10 minutes walk. Potsdam with its many castles and museums can be reached by bus in 15 minutes or by train in 10 minutes or with a short bike ride. Boat rental (also licence free) in 4 minutes walking distance. Restaurants and cafes are also within 5 minutes walking distance. The new Haveltherme in the neighbouring town of Werder is also a destination on bad weather days.
