Casa Amica has recently been lovingly restored and now offers a beautiful setting for a Liguria vacation with 2-5 people with its three bedrooms, airy and bright living room and eat-in kitchen with wood-burning stove
The house also includes a bright bathroom with shower and a second solar shower on the upper floor. The furnishings are modern and emphasize the original character of this 18th century village house. Particularly beautiful is the original flooring on the upper floor with its typical pattern of the time
Today it shows the traces of the long history of this house and contributes to the special atmosphere. The house has a large terrace with a dining table under an apricot tree. The large pool (8x3,5m) is shared by the guests of Casa Amica as well as our second house next door, Casa Oreggi.
So 2 families or several friends can spend their vacations together. Also the washing machine, which is located in an outbuilding, is shared. To the house belongs 1 parking space, which is located on the street below the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Casa Amica is located in the romantic village of Tavole, a hamlet of Prela in Val Prino. The location is quiet, in the neighborhood are other village houses and their gardens. The view of the surrounding olive groves is wonderful. The house is reached by a narrow road. The parking place is about 30m away from the house. To the nearest beach in Imperia you drive about 20 minutes
Some beautiful swimming pools can be reached on foot by following the road to Villa Talla. In the village there is a typical restaurant, the nearest store is in Molino di Prela, the neighboring village.
From the front door you can go on various beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours. A refreshing bath in the swimming pool is always an experience. The famous Taggiasca olives are grown in the area, so there are many small oil mills that also sell olive oil. The beach in Imperia is about 20 minutes by car.

Cancellation terms:
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before occupancy begins. If cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation happens between 60 and 31 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If the cancellation is made later, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., last-minute rebooking, conversion to vouchers, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the journey is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged, minus services not utilized, provided these are not included as part of the daily or weekly rate according to the pricelist. The guest is always free – even when calculating the lump-sum cancellation charge – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has not occurred to the extent calculated.
