This attractively located holiday home in Hummingen offers a hot tub and sauna for relaxation and wellness, just a short three-minute walk to the nearby beach. The property is located in a quiet area, with the nearest restaurant approximately 650 meters away, making it an ideal place for a peaceful coastal holiday. Shopping opportunities in Kramnitze with the opportunity to buy fresh bakery products. On Lolland there are many attractions such as Krenkerup Brewery, Peter Hansen's Garden and Dodekalitten, which are definitely worth a visit. The house is spacious and cozy with a living room with a wood-burning stove and a long dining table, perfect for family meals or social evenings. There is also a conservatory with a sofa bed, round table and chairs that provide extra space to relax indoors. The property contains two bathrooms: one with shower and toilet, and another with shower, whirlpool, washing machine and access to sauna, ensuring comfort for all guests. Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom on the ground floor, plus two lofts (hem) that are connected to the living area. One loft is accessible via a staircase and the other via a ladder, each with two beds, making the accommodation flexible for families or groups. Outside, the partially covered terrace has a long dining table, barbecue and various outdoor games, ideal for enjoying meals, sunny days and family fun.
