The eco-house CHALET MARLENE is uniquely situated amidst the magnificent mountain scenery of the Dolomites at the entrance to the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. The eco-timber house offers 4 comfortably furnished apartments with views of the Dolomites, Finnish sauna, seminar room or common room, 4000m² garden with natural swimming pond, covered parking spaces, communal kitchen and dining room. CHALET MARLENE was completely renovated and expanded in 2018. The rooms were newly furnished and the apartments extended with a winter garden.
There are a total of 9 rooms, each with its own bath/shower/bidet/WC and hairdryer for 18/20 people. The sun terrace and sunbathing lawn are equipped with garden furniture. Barbecue facilities.
CHALET MARLENE is ideal for groups and families, and especially as a seminar house with its 80m² seminar room with direct access to the spacious garden. In the warm season, our garden is a unique refuge with a natural swimming pond, sun loungers, barbecue facilities. You will experience a special kind of holiday in a family atmosphere. In winter you can go straight to the slopes, 150m to the lift to Kronplatz or to the entrance to Alta Badia. In summer you can set out from the house on foot, by mountain bike or by public transport into the unique Dolomites, in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park.

These form the Ladin part of the well-known Kronplatz holiday region. Located directly at Kronplatz, it is only 150m from CHALET MARLENE to the slopes. Situated not far from the center of the picturesque St. Vigil in Enneberg, from here you can set out directly on numerous walking and hiking trails to the most beautiful tours in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. You will feel at home right away. Balance for body, mind, and soul. The Dolomites offer a variety of walking and hiking opportunities and a rich number of tours for mountain bikers. On secluded paths through the invigorating forests and on themed trails around St. Vigil, you can relax wonderfully. A stop at the mountain huts rounds off a wonderful mountain experience. The clear and pure mountain air makes a stay in the Dolomites a very special experience, to relax, recharge, recover, and gain new strength.

In winter, it's off to the slopes. The lifts to Kronplatz and the connection to the Alta Badia ski area are only 150m away.
St. Vigil in Enneberg is a place rich in tradition with its baroque church and the traditional construction of most of the buildings.
Around the village there are numerous walking and hiking opportunities, along the cool mountain stream, on themed trails, in the surrounding forests, to the nearby mountain lake, to the waterfalls, or to the surrounding hamlets.
