It offers space for 2 to 4 people. The flat has a free parking space and a terrace with garden furniture and parasol, which you can access through the garden. The adjacent large lawn invites you to play and romp with your children or to sunbathe and relax. A new play tower with slide, swings and sandbox will delight your children. From your flat you have a great view to the south/east of our famous baroque church.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a side street about 3 minutes' walk from the centre of the village with its famous baroque church and numerous shops of Erzgebirge folk art. The tourist information centre with library, toy museum, restaurants, bakery, grocery shop and post office are also less than 5 minutes away on foot. The toy village of Seiffen is internationally known for its traditional wood art production, its baroque round church and its mining past.
If you are interested in culture and history and a lover of the typical Seiffen crafts and products, you will be able to put together a rich, individual holiday plan. Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.
If a cancellation is made up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If cancelled within 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the date, 30% of the total accommodation price will be charged. If the accommodation is cancelled within 2 weeks before the date of arrival, 50% of the price will be due, provided that the landlord cannot rent out the vacation apartment to someone else, which he is obligated to attempt in good faith.
