Description
Triades Villas is a lovingly decorated modern stone villa where you will have a wonderful relaxing time. The spacious two bedrooms both have direct access to their own bathroom. The light-flooded living area opens with large glass doors to the outdoor area with impressive views. Whether you are travelling as a couple, family or friends, there is plenty of space and feel-good corners. The cosy lounge in the outdoor area invites you to linger, as does a sunbath on the comfortable high-quality wooden loungers by the pool area. At the large dining table on the covered terrace there is enough space to eat delicious meals or to spend a cosy evening playing games.
Enjoy the breathtaking views into the vastness of nature up to the Ida mountains.
The house is situated in an absolutely quiet location on a large plot of land where the access road ends and there is therefore no road traffic.

Location and surroundings of object
Sivas is located on the central south coast of Crete and is ideally situated to explore the sights of the area, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos as well as the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the monastery of "Moni Odigitrias", the museum in Vori and of course the beautiful beaches of Komos, Matala, Red Beach, etc.
The villa is only a five-minute walk from the centre of the village, where there are great restaurants with traditional cuisine, cafés, a playground and various shops.

A holiday jewel
We are a family of 5 with children aged between 7 and 12 years. The villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped (toaster, kettle, blender, coffee machine, juicer, etc.), there is plenty of space for luggage in the bedrooms, and the beds are comfortable. Next to the pool, which is really as big as it looks in the photos, there are sun loungers and a cozy lounge. Everything was very clean. Additionally, the host is a truly kind person! Several restaurants are within walking distance, and there is a small grocery store; by car, you can quickly reach the next town where there are larger supermarkets.

Beautiful villa, very nice host.
We felt very comfortable in the villa (No. 3) of our host Sofia.
The villa is located on the edge of the quaint little village of Sivas. The village square forms the center of the village. Here, after a few minutes' walk, we found everything we needed: groceries, restaurants, etc.
We found the villa in a very clean condition, and Sofia had prepared drinks in the refrigerator to welcome us. At the center of the air-conditioned villa is a spacious living area, with kitchen and dining area. On the sides are two bedrooms, each with a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet). The villa's Wi-Fi allows for good internet access in all rooms. From the living area, as well as the bedrooms, large sliding doors lead to the terrace, where the next highlight awaits. There you will find the pool, which has regularly provided us with a cool down at over 30 degrees. The pool is well-sized so that one can also swim small lanes. Adults can easily stand in the pool, while smaller guests should be able to swim. The terrace is well-separated from the two villas below by bushes and privacy screens, ensuring privacy.
A few more words about Sofia: She is a warm host who took very good care of us in advance. She provided us with information on how to get there, warmly welcomed us, informed us about sights and beaches in the area, and was always open to questions, requests, or even a conversation, but never intrusive.

House to feel comfortable
Already the approach to the house on the last meters shows that you have booked a beautiful accommodation. When you are in the house or standing by the large pool, anticipation turns into enthusiasm. The beautiful design of the outdoor area and the tasteful interior decoration provide the best conditions for a great vacation in Crete. Even after a short walk to the center of the village of Sivas, you can reach small grocery stores, a pharmacy, and several good taverns. But also for all excursions in the surrounding area, the house is centrally located and yet away from the tourist crowds. Only the surroundings - and this is not in the hands of the sympathetic and always helpful landlady - could be a little tidier, but it is also somehow typical for the country.

Beautiful house, perfect for a family holiday with teenagers!
We spent 1 week in Villa Triades as a family of 4. The villa was really a dream!
It was exactly as in the pictures - 2 bedrooms with equipped bathroom, which had a sliding door to the outside area. A pleasant living area, with kitchen, lounge area including TV. Outside area had a table, lounge and sun loungers with parasols. The highlight was of course the infinity pool. The water was always very pleasant and did not burn the eyes like normal chlorine water. You could enjoy the sun there in the morning until late afternoon. A big plus was the air-conditioning in the rooms and in the living area. Even though we were there in October, there were still warm temperatures during the night. That's why the mosquito nets on all the doors were very practical.
We arrived in the evening and were greeted in a friendly manner and shown around. The location of the villa is a little higher up in Sivas. It was a short walk to the main part of Sivas, where you could enjoy good food in tavernas and do some shopping. If you couldn't find something there, the next village with even more options was only a short drive away. The sea was within easy reach. A 15-minute drive already took you to the most beautiful beaches. The hippie town of Matala is also only 20 minutes away.
As a family with 2 young girls it was a very pleasant time to spend there. Enjoying the fresh local fruits every morning and a short lap in the pool was really a dream. The owner Sofia was very hospitable and also gave us lots of tips for the surrounding area. We would love to come back again!
