Description
Triades Villas is a lovingly decorated modern stone villa where you will have a wonderful relaxing time. The spacious two bedrooms both have direct access to their own bathroom. The light-flooded living area opens with large glass doors to the outdoor area with impressive views. Whether you are travelling as a couple, family or friends, there is plenty of space and feel-good corners. The cosy lounge in the outdoor area invites you to linger, as does a sunbath on the comfortable high-quality wooden loungers by the pool area. At the large dining table on the covered terrace there is enough space to eat delicious meals or to spend a cosy evening playing games.
Enjoy the breathtaking views into the vastness of nature up to the Ida mountains.
The house is situated in an absolutely quiet location on a large plot of land where the access road ends and there is therefore no road traffic.

Location and surroundings of object
Sivas is located on the central south coast of Crete and is ideally situated to explore the sights of the area, such as the ancient palace of Phaistos as well as the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the monastery of "Moni Odigitrias", the museum in Vori and of course the beautiful beaches of Komos, Matala, Red Beach, etc.
The villa is only a five-minute walk from the centre of the village, where there are great restaurants with traditional cuisine, cafés, a playground and various shops.

House to feel comfortable
Already the approach to the house on the last meters shows that you have booked a beautiful accommodation. When you are in the house or standing by the large pool, anticipation turns into enthusiasm. The beautiful design of the outdoor area and the tasteful interior decoration provide the best conditions for a great vacation in Crete. Even after a short walk to the center of the village of Sivas, you can reach small grocery stores, a pharmacy, and several good taverns. But also for all excursions in the surrounding area, the house is centrally located and yet away from the tourist crowds. Only the surroundings - and this is not in the hands of the sympathetic and always helpful landlady - could be a little tidier, but it is also somehow typical for the country.

Beautiful house, perfect for a family holiday with teenagers!
We spent 1 week in Villa Triades as a family of 4. The villa was really a dream!
It was exactly as in the pictures - 2 bedrooms with equipped bathroom, which had a sliding door to the outside area. A pleasant living area, with kitchen, lounge area including TV. Outside area had a table, lounge and sun loungers with parasols. The highlight was of course the infinity pool. The water was always very pleasant and did not burn the eyes like normal chlorine water. You could enjoy the sun there in the morning until late afternoon. A big plus was the air-conditioning in the rooms and in the living area. Even though we were there in October, there were still warm temperatures during the night. That's why the mosquito nets on all the doors were very practical.
We arrived in the evening and were greeted in a friendly manner and shown around. The location of the villa is a little higher up in Sivas. It was a short walk to the main part of Sivas, where you could enjoy good food in tavernas and do some shopping. If you couldn't find something there, the next village with even more options was only a short drive away. The sea was within easy reach. A 15-minute drive already took you to the most beautiful beaches. The hippie town of Matala is also only 20 minutes away.
As a family with 2 young girls it was a very pleasant time to spend there. Enjoying the fresh local fruits every morning and a short lap in the pool was really a dream. The owner Sofia was very hospitable and also gave us lots of tips for the surrounding area. We would love to come back again!

Dream vacations
The house is beautiful and very pleasant. The view is superb and the stay was very enjoyable because there is a perfect calm for holidays. I can't wait to go back there. Thanks to Sofia, our host, who does everything to make our stay go smoothly.

Finally a clean, quality and hospitable place to stay.
We have been travelling in Crete for 25 years. We have visited and enjoyed many accommodations
But the triads in Sivas run them all into the ground.
What Sofia has built and equipped there is the best I have seen in the villa sector.
It was a great experience to stay there.
The pool with salt water is fantastic.
The view is fantastic and Sofia has fulfilled all our wishes.
I can only warmly recommend the Triads to all holidaymakers!
We are looking forward to the next time.

Dream holiday home in a great location
We spent a week in August in the beautiful Villa TriaDes 1. The location on the hillside with a view of the wide plain is a dream. We had respect for the heat in August. But the climate up there was wonderful. There was always a little breeze. The house provides shade throughout the day and the beautiful pool was a great refreshment.
Every morning we saw beautiful sunrises, did a round of yoga and then swam our first laps in the refreshing infinity pool. So wonderful. The natural stone villa is beautifully furnished and very stylish and tasteful. Great big bathrooms. There were four of us there , so two couples. Each had their own area separated by living room and kitchen. it is a 5 minute walk downhill to the village of Sivas which has several tavernas and a small shop. We didn't expect this for such a small place. We had a delicious meal almost every evening. Sofia, the friendly landlady, speaks German and gives good tips and was always available. We hired a car from KriKri Cars in the neighbouring town of Pitsidia, which was already waiting for us at the airport. Definitely recommended to explore the area and the beaches. By the way, the two villas next to each other are not disturbing. We didn't notice anything from our neighbours. The villa at the back is not yet finished. For us it was a perfect week in the south. We would definitely like to come back again. It was really dreamlike.

A dream !!!
Were thrilled with the accommodation ! Amazing view with a great view of the sunrise! The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and Sofia, the owner, is always there if you need anything. Definitely not the last time we stayed here. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car! On foot you have the possibility to go shopping or visit taverns!
