Very nice location, underground parking is outdated, if all spaces are occupied, an exit is impossible. Alternative parking spaces are only available for a fee of at least 9 Euros/day. Everything is a bit worn (chair backs loose, toilet seat wobbles, etc.).

First of all, we would like to thank FoerdeFewo for the always friendly and professional handling! We spent our vacation in "Sehpferdchen" in December. Arrival: You can stop on the road, and it is about 40 to 45 meters to the entrance of the house. This means that the entrance to the house is at the back of the house. There, they have to carry the suitcases a total of 7 steps up or through the underground garage (very narrow, keyword SUV) directly through the stairwell (no elevator). The view of the Kiel Fjord is outstanding. From the living room, there is direct access to the terrace. Wonderful summer evenings are a given here. The terrace is enclosed by a small hedge. The kitchen and the built-in appliances are somewhat older but functional; the rest of the furnishings are adequate. An older Toshiba television with satellite reception and a DVD player is unfortunately outdated. The sound of the TV device is terrible and causes headaches. Attention! The apartment is not suitable for seniors or barrier-free. As low as the toilet seat is, the entry to the shower is that high. The couch in the living room and the bed are similarly low as the toilet.
