The charming ground floor apartment is located right in the center of the new town. Whether bar or boutique, ladies hairdresser or delicatessen, supermarket or souvenir store, you have everything in your vicinity. The main shopping street of Ostuni Viale Pola is just a minute walk away. You can walk down to the picturesque, fascinating old town, which looks like an oriental kasbah' in a few minutes. The attractive apartment has a bedroom with a double bed; a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 more people; a bathroom and kitchen. (The lower area, separated by a door, is not included in the rental). La Maison N° 75 symbolizes the meeting between elegant Mediterranean living and contemporary comfort. Italophile and francophile hearts will beat faster here! The elegant living room, with a large window front and opaque curtain, is characterized by antique Provençal furniture and a heavy, original chest from 1681 that could have come from Pirates of the Caribbean, a real eye-catcher. The warm ambience is also emphasized in a subtle as well as impressive way by the peach-colored tone on the four walls in the living and sleeping areas, among other things. Even though the apartment may be located on the street, it definitely has atmosphere and feel-good character. You can see that the lady of the house has a great penchant for pictures. An interesting mix of southern French coastal landscapes, Italian contemporary art motifs, and antique paintings and prints adorn the walls. The classically styled bedroom has a brown iron bed (hard mattresses), an antique Apulian dresser, a family heirloom, and an antique wardrobe from Friuli (with no hanging space). It is located in the rear area; the window overlooks a light well and the wall of the house. The kitchenette with white carpenter-made drawers is adorned with a beautiful white-green marble top. The white and green bathroom has a crystal shower and bidet. While the ceiling height is very high in the living room and bedroom, it is rather low in the kitchenette and in a corner of the bathroom. La Maison N° 75 represents an interesting alternative to seaside accommodations. The beautiful coast can be reached in a few minutes by car (7 km) Life and hustle and bustle, seeing and being seen takes place in Ostuni's old town during the summer months. A walk up to the cathedral, an aperitivo maybe in the "Borgo Antico Bistrot", strolling through the small boutiques, and a nice dinner on the terraces outside. Pure lifestyle! This is how to enjoy the vacation... Note on incidental expenses: there is a flat rate of 100 euros for final cleaning and bed and bath linen (for the number of people registered).
