Our country house Bonaventura stands in the south of Austria, in Carinthia in the immediate vicinity of the Millstättersee, community Millstatt. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Here, we rent all year round our lay at the ,sunny plateau\'- from here you can enjoy our beautiful view. In our house you will find spacious, fully equipped apartments where you spend your holidays. The apartments all have a very large balcony with fantastic views of the mountains.

Our house is situated in a quiet location with spectacular views. We have in the house a game room for children, fitness room with is a beautiful, large garden with playground, swimming pool in summer, barbecue and a large terrace.
The market town Millstatt belongs to the district of Spittal an der Drau in Carinthia. Millstatt covers an area of 58 square kilometers and is situated on 611 meters above sea level on the north shore of Lake Millstätter and southwest of the Nock Mountains (the Alps belong Gurktaler). Due to its location on the heavenly city of the Carinthian lake is one of the most popular summer holiday destinations in Austria. Golf, horseback riding, hiking, biking, swimming and many other adventure opportunities to offer the community Millstatt.

Passing the lakeside fiefdoms of the Reinanken innkeepers who check the nets at an early hour, he leads the group under arches of branches to the hidden bays that are ideal for a picnic for two. Before the rowing boats land again on Millstätter Schillerstrand, the view falls on the ridge of the Millstätter Alpe.
TIME WITH A VIEW
The path of love begins here at the Alexanderhütte. Sentiero dell'Amore, a scenic section of the Millstätter See Höhensteig or Alpe-Adria Trail. Seven books filled with quotations and aphorisms and the "Firestones of Love" - as the ruby-red garnet stones along the way are also called - guide hikers to the Garnet Gate in a good three hours.
The mighty passage at the highest point of the Millstätter Alpe not only points to the largest alpine garnet deposit inside the mountain, it also provides - when walked through together - a far-reaching view all the way to the Hohe Tauern. A mountain experience® that may end in the evening with a dinner for two on the island for two in the middle of the lake!

This property is managed by a Dutch family where you can ask anything! We will help you with our knowledge of the mountains and the surroundings. We speak German, English and Dutch and otherwise with hands and feet! We moved to Carinthia ourselves because of the beautiful landscape and would like to show our guests the most beautiful places and let them experience them!
