The apartment is very cozy and about 32m2. Our apartment has a living room with lounge sofa and flat screen digital TV and wifi. A dining area with 2 chairs.
Bedroom with comfortable beds. Bed linen and 2 towels pp. are included
The complete kitchen has a dishwasher, combi microwave and 4 plate stove
Bathroom with wc, sink and walk-in shower.
You can regulate the heating yourself with a thermostat.
The gas costs are according to consumption.
There is a small sunny terrace and private parking.
Behind the house you can park your bicycles.

Cancellation terms:
If you need to cancel unexpectedly, the following conditions apply: Cancellations can be made via email, phone, or mail. If you cancel after 4 days and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 15% of the rental amount will be charged. If you cancel between 3 months and 2 months before the arrival date, 25% of the rental amount will be charged. If you cancel between 2 months and one month before the arrival date, 50% of the rental amount will be charged. If you cancel between one month and one week before the arrival date, 75% of the rental amount will be charged. If you cancel within one week before the arrival date, the full rental amount will be charged. !! In the case of force majeure (such as terrorism, pandemic, war, etc.), normal cancellation charges will apply. A cancellation will incur a booking fee and associated cancellation costs of €30. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this insurance.

Vacation couple with dog
The apartment was very modernly furnished and super clean. The location was great. It was very quiet and yet everything was quickly reachable on foot. The landlady was very nice and our dog was warmly welcomed. We will come back.

Relaxed feel-good vacation
Beautiful small apartment and very nice landlords. Ideal for a couple, even with a dog. The apartment is just as described. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Great holiday apartment in a top location
We felt absolutely great. The apartment was top-notch, nothing was missing. The reception by Mrs. Matulessy was very warm. The apartment is very quiet, but you can reach the center or the beach in just a few minutes on foot. We can recommend the vacation apartment without reservation.

Holiday apartment 100% recommendation
We had two very nice holiday weeks in the vacation apartment, which is located in a quiet area, and one could quickly get to the village and the beach. Simply great. Nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable, and Mrs. Matulessy is very warm, helpful, and accommodating. The vacation apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately, the lovely time went by quickly.

Nice apartment
We spent a wonderful week in this very beautiful and clean apartment and we and our dogs felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped and is located in a quiet street and we can only recommend it. The landlady is very helpful and nice.
