This beautiful villa is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the island of Krk.

This charming newly built villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It is surrounded by lots of greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² (13 metres long) saltwater-filled private pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area and offers you the perfect refreshment on hot summer days.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The living room leads to a large terrace with stunning sea views and a lovely seating area for relaxing evenings. There is also a summer kitchen and barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. A bedroom with en suite bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are located on the first floor. This unique villa has several balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view. It also has a gallery with exercise equipment and table football. The villa has two garage spaces.

Wonderful two weeks

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is very harmoniously furnished, so even a rainy day is not a problem. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The swimming area is very close by. The pool is large with salt water, as described, and was always warm. The landlords are super nice and were always there for us. We want to thank the Heric family for the lovely welcome and support. We would definitely come back.
