Older holiday home with outdoor whirlpool, perfect for a relaxing soak in natural surroundings. The property is set on a large natural plot close to the forest and within walking distance of the lagoon, where you will find a restaurant, ice cream kiosk, fishing lake, and a campsite with access to a swimming pool (for a fee). The lagoon is located halfway between Hals and Hou, and the beautiful beach is only a few hundred meters away. The house offers two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is no TV package, but you can easily stream your own channels via Chromecast. Heating is provided both by a wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. From the living room you step directly onto the southwest-facing wooden terrace, which is partly covered and equipped with an inviting outdoor whirlpool where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful natural setting. The garden offers a cozy atmosphere with a swing and trampoline for children (use at your own risk). The location combines nature, family-friendly activities, and proximity to the coast, making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and adventure. Please note: the house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
