Description
Beautiful detached holiday home (built in 2007) for 4 people in a quiet location in the center of Westkapelle. The house is comfortably and cozily furnished with French doors opening onto the child-friendly terrace (with furniture) on the south side.
From the private parking space, you walk to the enclosed terrace of 17.5m2, equipped with garden furniture and an automatic sunshade. Lovely facing south and with a view of the famous Westkapelle lighthouse. You can always choose whether you want to sit in the sun or in the shade. The terrace is privately situated and the entrance gate can be locked with a key.
Through the French doors to the terrace you enter the cozily furnished living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter) + Dolce Gusto, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, basic cleaning supplies, etc., everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. There is a comfortable sitting area with a spacious corner sofa, where you can relax wonderfully. There is a Smart TV, some books, a game... you will have a great time here.
From this room you enter the utility room/hall, which gives access to the bathroom with shower and washbasin/vanity unit with storage space and the separate toilet, with small sink. In the hall there is a washing machine at your disposal, which is very convenient. You will also find a drying rack, clothespins, laundry basket, coat rack, etc. There is also a fan available for the warm days. Here is also the staircase to the first floor.
The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, and there is an extra radiator in the living room and bathroom.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. These are equipped with a washbasin with a large mirror, lamp, and storage space. The two single beds each have a bedside lamp, bedside table or small table. In each bedroom you will find a wardrobe with hanging and shelving space. In the 'master bedroom', the 2 single beds are pushed together.
A high chair and a cot are available on request, and we can install a stair gate for you at the top of the stairs.
Behind the house is a lockable bicycle shed, where you will also find garden cushions for the garden furniture. You can also charge your (rented) e-bike here.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation, also weekend or midweek (only in November, December, January, and February).

Westkapelle has numerous amenities including a Spar supermarket, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, drugstore, bicycle rental, doctor, pharmacy, etc. Every Friday there is a lively market.
Many restaurants and beach pavilions offer good value for money.

Recreational vacation for two
We were on vacation for a week in Westkapelle. We were warmly welcomed by the landlady with a special Dutch pastry. The accommodation has everything you need. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are completely sufficient for up to four guests. The sleeping areas are accessible by a staircase, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility. The terrace is small and cozy, there you have your peace and no outside visibility. The small house is directly adjacent to the landlord, who is also right there on-site if a problem should arise. We felt comfortable there right away. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely spend our vacation there again.

Feeling good in autumn
We spent a lovely relaxing week in autumnal Westkapelle in the holiday home of the Nieuwenhuijzen family. The house is cozy and offers everything you need... especially when the weather is a bit less favorable. The location is perfect; everything is easily reachable within a few minutes' walk. The hosts are super nice and helpful. In short: an absolute recommendation!

Very good accommodation for a nice vacation.
