Location and surroundings of object

In the harbor of Ormos Panagias (about 7 km away), you will find several travel agencies that also sell tickets for day trips to Mount Athos with a lunch break in Ouranoupoli. In the town of Agios Nikolaos, there is a health center with a pediatrician and a German-speaking doctor. There is also an ATM, 2 pharmacies, and supermarkets. There is a weekly market in the town every Thursday. In the town of Nikiti, there is a bank. There is a big weekly market there
every Friday.
The apartments are cleaned daily,
located
in an elongated building on a large garden property (8000 sqm) with
well-maintained lawn, seating areas and olive trees, directly adjacent to the fine
natural sandy beach.

On the property, there are parking spaces for your car, 1
table tennis table, 1 soccer field (approx. 200 sqm). 5x5), 1 children's playground,
Basketball court, also available to you are 6 bicycles and 2 hammocks, which are hung between 2 pines.
Between the beach and the building is our covered barbecue area with
kitchen, TV, DVD, and radio-CD, of course also with table and chairs, the
barbecue area can also be used in bad weather, as a windbreak
is available.
Additionally, you can use a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. In the garden, you will find several seating areas and lounge chairs under the olive trees.
Taverns and shopping opportunities are available within about 200 m.

Location of the property:
the property is located on the mainland, the view from the garden/beach is
fantastic, facing the uninhabited island of Diaporos, the mainland with the
island forms a natural lagoon with magnificent blue water, nearby
there is a nature reserve with many bird species.

Directions:
After landing at Thessaloniki Airport, drive towards Nea
Moudania (60km). Nea Moudania has 2 exits; to avoid driving through the town,
please take the 2nd exit, turn right towards Sithonia, direction

Nikiti. Continue through the town towards Agios Nikolaos, past the town towards

Ormos Panagias/Vourvourou. After about 10 km from Agios Nikolaos, you will see the destination on your left. In 10km you will see a sign for Vourvourou on the left side, turn left and after 1850m on the left side you will see our sign Studios Karra. Welcome.

great location, quiet, clean beach, nice landlords

I would vacation there again at any time.

recommend for: seniors, holiday with children, beach holiday

Vicinity of the holiday home: der Strand liegt direkt angrenzend zum Garten, herrlich, man muss keine Strasse überqueren; Auch Restaurants, Poolbar in Vourvourou kann man zu Fuß erreichen,

free time activities: der Ausflug zum Berg Athos hat uns gut gefallen, im Hafen von Ormos Panagias kann man Tickets kaufen, die Schifffahrt ist empfehlenswert, wir waren auch im Touristenort Nea Marmaras, das Eis schmeckt toll dort(aber etwas teuer),

shopping facilities: der Mini-market in Vourvourou hat eigentlich alles was man braucht, aber in Nikiti gibt es auch Lidl
