This tastefully decorated apartment has a spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains: Sierra Helada National Park.
The apartment has a living room with modern decor and all facilities, Wifi, Dutch satellite (smart) TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and oven. In the adjoining gallery is the washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and toilet, the other with a shower cabin and toilet. The apartment is particularly suitable for overwintering. The large garden has a swimming pool. Next door is the open-air museum of a Roman villa. The building has an elevator, which also descends to the private garage place.
Within walking distance is the sea with the beach from there it is nice walking along the promenade to the cozy restaurants and stores in Albir or Altea. How about lazing on the beach and occasionally take a dip!
Every Sunday there is a large market in Albir and on Tuesday in Altea. There is a good bus service to Benidorm for a nice day out, there you will find the fun and water parks, active nightlife, stores, beaches, etc. Around Albir are beautifully landscaped golf courses, diagonally across the street is a pitch and putt course. There are many restaurants that lend themselves to a long lunch, dinner, or a tapa with a drink. Also for hikers there are beautiful trips to make, a walk along the sea to the lighthouse or a heavier route along the ridges of the Sierra Helada or Sierra Bernia.
There are Dutch doctors, dentists and hairdressers in Albir. There is also a supermarket with Dutch products.

Location and surroundings of object
Playa Albir is a popular resort, between the towns Benidorm and Altea. It is located in the eastern part of Spain on the Costa Blanca north. Albir is known for its beautiful wide beach, boulevard, the promenade ´Walk of Fame´ called. Restaurants, supermarket and stores are located in the immediate vicinity, a car is not necessary.
The climate is Mediterranean and extremely mild. The mild temperatures and relatively low humidity of 65% on average are optimal for health. Partly because of this, many people come to Albir to spend the winter.
The apartment is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the sea, promenade, center and golf / cricket.

Top apartment
We can't say anything negative, because everything was positive. The introduction, the location, the beautiful apartment where everything and I mean everything was present. We stayed there for three fantastic weeks. Next year, we would love to stay for an extra week.

Lovely apartment
This was the second time we used the apartment. Once again, very satisfied. The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach, perfect for a quick swim. The private parking space in the garage is also very nice, the apartment is in the center of Albir, within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The beds in the apartment are comfortable, the air conditioning provides the necessary cooling, and there is nothing lacking. Even two beach chairs and an umbrella are available.
Unfortunately, the provided bicycle had two flat tires, but we hadn't taken that into account. Perhaps it would be a good idea to include two bicycles for rent as an upgrade...
We hope to be able to come back here more often in the future!

Beautiful apartment in Albir
In a word, amazing! We've been coming here for many years; it remains a super location for all purposes. Within walking distance of all conceivable amenities. Great contact with the owner / excellent service. We hope to continue coming here for many more years.

Feel like at home
We have been going on holiday to Albir for many years now and have been regular guests at Charlotte's for several years. It always feels more like coming home, as both the hostess and the flat itself make us feel welcome, something you don't get in many accommodations. The flat simply has everything you need: a top location, a covered parking space, is well equipped, cosy, very clean and has a cosy balcony for the evenings. I can absolutely recommend it and find no negative aspects. Charlotte is an attentive and loving hostess who is a real pleasure to return to every year.
