Welcome to our cozy vacation home in the popular leisure center Upper Rhine (FCO).
With its fantastic location right by the swimming lake, it offers the perfect place for your well-deserved vacation.

■ Insect and mosquito protection throughout the house: Relax carefree, without worrying about annoying bites or buzzing visitors. ■ Perfect location right on the lake: Less than 20 meters to the water – the ideal place to start the day with a jump into the lake.

■ Modern living area with entertainment: Enjoy relaxed evenings on our spacious couch with a 55-inch 4K UHD TV – comfort meets entertainment. Comfort and space for the whole family:
The holiday home offers generous space for up to four people and is ideal for families, couples, or friends. An additional sofa bed is available, although it is not listed as an official sleeping spot. Every detail of the house has been designed with love to ensure a comfortable stay.

- Fully equipped kitchen: Includes dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker – perfect for self-catering.

Features of the Holiday Center
The Oberrhein Leisure Center has a daily quiet period from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Thanks to our access card, you can still easily enter and exit the property through the back entrance during this time.
Pets are welcome (under certain conditions)
Dogs are warmly welcomed.
We kindly ask you to pay special attention to hygiene when accommodating animals and to ensure that they do not use the couch or the beds.
