Description
CASA OLEANDRO is a lovingly restored former farmhouse, located in the hinterland of the Adriatic coast, boasting a fantastic view of the Marche hill landscape. Nestled in a magnificent garden with a pool and barbecue area.
on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Fratte Rosa, our guests enjoy absolute privacy. In the front part of the house of CASA OLEANDRO, a tastefully furnished vacation apartment (-house) is rented, which spans two levels and is suitable for up to three people (55 sqm). The rear part of the house is used by the owner but is only inhabited temporarily. In addition to the vacation apartment, another double room with a bathroom (25 sqm) and a separate entrance can be rented (please inquire separately). On the ground floor of the holiday apartment, there is a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining areas and a (sleeper) sofa. (140x190cm) The spacious bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and satellite TV. Also on the 1st floor is the bathroom, which includes a corner shower, vanity, toilet, and mirror. All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens. Guests can expect a 2600 sqm garden with both shady and sunny spots, with panoramic views, a pool (D 400 cm, H 100 cm), garden furniture, and barbecue facilities. Pets (on request) are welcome; bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee.

CASA OLEANDRO is nestled in the gentle and colorful hilly landscape of the charming province of Pesaro-Urbino in the north of the Marche region. Between the Adriatic coast and the Apennine mountains, the holiday residence is located on the edge of one of the many medieval villages – Fratte Rosa, known for its terracotta works and the production of excellent olive oil and wine.
The village has a restaurant, café, butcher, small grocery store, as well as a doctor and pharmacy. Larger supermarkets and weekly markets can be reached in a few minutes by car. From early summer to autumn, village festivals centered around local food specialties take place weekly in the surrounding area.
Both the sea and the mountains can be reached in about 25 minutes. Four of the so-called "100 most beautiful villages in Italy" are located in the immediate vicinity; likewise, four nature reserves with extensive hiking and mountain biking trails. The city of Urbino (UNESCO World Heritage Site) as well as many producers of local delicacies are also easily accessible. Our property management will be happy to inform you about current festivals, worthwhile excursions, hiking routes & language schools.
Whether for gourmets, summit climbers, two-wheel enthusiasts or for culture lovers, water lovers or those seeking peace – this wonderful area offers something for everyone!

Dream vacation
We were in Casa Oleandro for the fourth time and were once again fascinated by the beautiful view. The clean and tastefully furnished house offers everything you need for a successful vacation. The pool is cleaned several times a week with prior registration and provides a refreshing cool down. In Fratte Rosa, there is a baker, butcher, and a small grocery store. Several restaurants are also within walking distance. Overall, it was another dream vacation.

Relaxation holidays
It was our 5th stay at Casa Olendro. Great location, great view, beautiful garden with pool, perfect for relaxing and lingering. Shopping options nearby. About 30 minutes to the sea. We can absolutely recommend it for a great quiet vacation. We would love to come back.

Panorama to fall in love with
Contacting the landlord of the property was completely unproblematic and straightforward.
Those who love it, of course, are exactly right here!
A fantastic view, pure nature, the many birds and fireflies entice daydreaming, which is wonderfully relaxing.
Anyone who wants to do something also has many options here and is always provided with many good tips and recommendations by the friendly property manager. Thank you very much! Don't forget: A visit to the cantina below the estate is recommended.
