Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön, mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten, für Kinder sowie für Erwachsene. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist perfekt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist ok. / / Es gibt nur eine Beanstandung. Wir sind am 29. Juni 2024 abgereist und heute, am 29. Juli 2024 haben wir die Restkaution noch immer nicht bekommen. Eine Rückzahlung in bar in DKK vor Ort haben wir abgelehnt. Da hiess es, es dauert 5-6 Tage bis wir unser Geld zurück bekommen, auf der Homepage von DanCenter ist eine Angabe von 14 Tagen. All diese Fristen sind bereits längst überschritten.... Schade

Bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, da die Häuser (noch nicht) eng an eng stehen. Man hat einen sehr schönen Garten rings um das ganze Haus. Der Wohnbereich einschließlich "Spielzimmer" sind schön eingerichtet und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist sehr modern und hat alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng und es gibt keine Doppelbetten, lediglich Einzelbetten, die man zusammen schieben kann. Das Badezimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend und auch sehr modern (das kennen wir aus Dänemark auch anders). Leider gibt es in den Duschen keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Shampoo. Weiterhin gibt es je Wohnbereich nur eine Terrassentür, die man auch nur komplett öffnen, aber nicht anklappen kann (gestaltet sich bei Wind schwierig, da man die Tür nirgends einhaken/arretieren kann). Ein Sonnenschutz im Außenbereich ist auch nicht vorhanden. Die Raumthermostate der Fußbodenheizung hatten wir in allen Räumen auf 19°C gestellt, aber dennoch eine permanente Raumtemperatur von 24-26°C (wir waren nur 5 Pers.!), nur das Badezimmer hat die Temperatur reguliert. Das Poolhaus ist permanent auf 38°C eingestellt, eine Regulierung durch die Ferienhaus-Mieter ist nicht möglich, da der Zugang zum Haustechnikraum nicht gewährt wird. Aufgrund dessen hatten wir eine sehr hohe End-Abrechnung nach dem Urlaub. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit schönen Spieleabenden. Empfehlungen: Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug zum Bulbjerg Vogelfelsen, Cold Hawaii und Thyboron. Wem eine Entfernung von ca. 2h nicht stört, empfehlen wir den Autostrand in Rodhus. Definitiv nicht so überfüllt und dreckig wie es mittlerweile in Vejers ist.

The house itself is beautiful, with many activity options for both children and adults. The layout of the rooms is perfect. The distance to the beach is okay. // There is only one complaint. We checked out on June 29, 2024, and today, on July 29, 2024, we still have not received the remaining deposit. We declined a cash refund in DKK on site. It was said that it takes 5-6 days until we get our money back, on the DanCenter homepage there is a statement of 14 days. All these deadlines have long since passed... What a shame.

Upon arrival, everything was very clean. The holiday home is very nicely located, as the houses are (not yet) close together. There is a very beautiful garden all around the house. The living area, including the "playroom," is nicely furnished and invites you to linger. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you need for cooking. The bedrooms are very small, and there are no double beds, only single beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom is completely sufficient and also very modern (we know it differently from Denmark). Unfortunately, there are no shelves for shampoo in the showers. Furthermore, there is only one terrace door per living area, which can only be fully opened but cannot be tilted (this is difficult in the wind, as the door cannot be hooked/secured anywhere). There is also no sun protection in the outdoor area. The room thermostats of the underfloor heating were set to 19°C in all rooms, but there was still a permanent room temperature of 24-26°C (we were only 5 people!), only the bathroom regulated the temperature. The pool house is permanently set to 38°C, regulation by the holiday home tenants is not possible, as access to the technical room is not granted. As a result, we had a very high final bill after the holiday. Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay with enjoyable game nights.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The house is well-furnished, and we felt at home right away. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing that would have affected our stay.
