The villa features a spacious terrace with a hot tub and pool, ideal for sunny days and peaceful evenings. Its architectural sophistication, modern equipment, and thoughtful design provide guests with a relaxing stay in a quiet environment, away from everyday stress. Although the villa is designed as a semi-detached house, its arrangement and fencing ensure absolute privacy.
Arrival at the villa is via a spacious parking lot, which allows easy and secure parking of several vehicles. Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a large terrace equipped with a jacuzzi and a pool. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area with comfortable loungers for relaxing and refreshing in the fresh air. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower available for a quick cool down. On the terrace, there is also a large dining table with chairs, protected by a folding parasol, perfect for outdoor meals. Culinary enthusiasts will be excited about the opportunity to prepare dishes on the outdoor grill. The entire terrace and yard are fenced, ensuring complete privacy and safety during your stay.
The interior of the villa is modernly designed and spans two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright "open space" area with a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop with integrated extractor, an oven, a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. Additionally, a complete set of equipment for preparing delicious meals is available. Next to the kitchen, there is a large dining table that provides ample space for all guests.
The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. It is equipped with a large, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a large TV with satellite programs, and air conditioning. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, which connects the indoor and outdoor areas and facilitates access to the hot tub, pool, and other outdoor facilities. There is also a guest restroom on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and televisions, ensuring comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. This bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two additional folding beds for two people can be provided. All rooms are equipped with high-quality bed linens and towels.
