The villa is ideal for eight people and was designed with comfort, spaciousness, and aesthetic perfection in mind. It is equipped with modern and high-quality appliances and offers exceptional comfort for those seeking high-quality accommodation and relaxation in a tranquil environment. Although it is designed as a semi-detached house, the thoughtful architecture provides a sense of privacy and exclusivity. Thanks to the heated pool, the villa is particularly suited for visits in spring or autumn when the temperatures are pleasant for a break.
On the fully fenced property, you can enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the natural surroundings. The main attraction is the spacious pool, surrounded by sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the warm sunshine. For lovers of outdoor dining, there is a covered outdoor dining area spanning 70 m², equipped with everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors. The outdoor kitchen includes a ceramic glass cooktop, a grill, running water, a sink, and a dishwasher, facilitating effortless meal preparation in a relaxed setting. In addition to the outdoor dining area, there is also an external toilet for added convenience.
The interior of the villa is spread over two floors - the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor is designed as a spacious, open space that includes a modern kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology and includes an induction cooktop with built-in extractor hood, a large refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher. All necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals are available. Next to the kitchen, there is a large dining table, which is ideal for social gatherings. The living room is bright and spacious, equipped with a large sofa, a coffee table, air conditioning, and a TV with satellite programs. From the living room, you can access the terrace and the pool, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor areas.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a TV, and a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two folding beds are also available for two more people. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality bed linen and soft towels that ensure comfort and restful sleep. In the entire villa, modern materials and bright colors dominate, creating a pleasant and homely atmosphere.

Super holiday home with top equipment
We stayed with two families with small children in the holiday home. The equipment is really top! The kitchen and outdoor kitchen have everything you need (even an ice cube compartment that produces new ice cubes at regular intervals). The bedrooms are all air-conditioned, everything is very clean. There is also a storage room with a vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket if you want to clean quickly yourself. It takes about 5 minutes by car to get to the beach, where there is also a bakery and a small supermarket. All in all, we were very satisfied.
