The outdoor area of the villa will impress you with its generosity and thoughtful design. In the 550 m² garden, you will find everything you need for relaxed days outdoors. On the shady terrace, there is a large table that can accommodate ten people where you can enjoy your meals in a convivial atmosphere. Next to the terrace is a beautiful stone grill and a gas grill, which will delight any barbecue enthusiast.
The pool is the centerpiece of the garden. Here, there is also a sun terrace with sun loungers - perfect for enjoying the warm summer days. Additionally, there are two more terraces: one for sun worshippers, accessible via an external staircase, and a covered terrace, which is excellent for social evenings or just relaxing. For additional fun, a ping pong table and an outdoor play area are available. The entire grounds are fenced, ensuring privacy and security. One of the highlights of the villa is the traditional tavern, which serves as the center for communal activities and entertainment. Access is via the shaded terrace, and the room will captivate you with its authenticity and coziness. The tavern features a kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a gas stove, a refrigerator, an ice maker, and kitchen utensils. The lounge area features a comfortable sofa and a large dining table for socializing.
The interior of Villa O'Lucky has been designed with great attention to detail in a traditional style, complemented with modern elements. The two-story house offers a total of 140 sqm of living space.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance from outside, ideal for guests who value privacy. The bedroom accommodates three people. Additionally, there is a communal room and a separate guest WC on the ground floor.
The upper floor forms the heart of the villa with an open living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine, and provides all utensils for meal preparation. The dining area has a table for four people, while the living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, an LED TV, and a wood stove that provides a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.
Upstairs, there are also three bedrooms that offer comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third has a larger bed (120 x 200 cm) and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided upon your arrival.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers Wi-Fi and heating, making it ideal for stays even in the cooler months. There are four parking spaces available – one in the fenced courtyard and three more on a private property next to the house. The house is pet-friendly and thus also suitable for vacations with a dog.
