The fully equipped apartment (24 sqm) with balcony offers space for 4 people (3 adults and 1 baby). It has a living room with sofa possibility, bathroom with toilet and shower. The traveling with children will find in the apartment a travel cot and high chair (must be ordered earlier - is not always directly in the apartment).

The living room has 2 single beds, bed linen, RTV devices. Central heating is also available. These exit to the balcony.

KITCHEN / KITCHEN:
A table with 2 chairs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hobs, fridge / freezer, glasses, cooking utensils, pans, utensils.

Shower, toilet, washbasin, Hair-dryer, mirror, towels.

Comfortable apartment in Swinoujscie is located in the new part of the beach promenade of Swinoujscie in Cieszkowskiego Street. 2
The house has lift / elevator. In the unmittelbahren surroundings offer many gastronomy offers or Einkaufslaeden find. The apartment is located about 210m to the promenade and 450m from the sandy beach in Świnoujście. Swinoujscie is the largest port city on the island of Usedom with about 41,000 residents. The city, the only one in Poland, is located in the country of 44 islands, of which three are inhabited: Usedom, Wolin and Kaseburg. Swinoujscie is located in the limits: to the north the Baltic Sea (Bay of Pomerania), in the south of the Szczecin Lagoon, the west state border with Germany, in the east the town Międzyzdroje with Wolin National Park. Spa is only about 160 km from Berlin, from the coast of Sweden 175 km and 150 km of Denmark.
Due to this situation, along with ferry terminal and rail transport, has Swinoujscie particularly favorable conditions for the development of tourism. In recent years the city has developed very positively and now is the appropriate place for cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, sailing, fishing or just healthy relaxation.
Swinoujscie is famous from the widest beach, magnificent 12 km promenade, as well as beautiful green surroundings. With many attractions, such as highest on the Baltic lighthouse, fortress and museums, this resort is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Poland. Through whole year you can visit here numerous end shops, restaurants and bars, or take part in various sports, musical and cultural events.

Dream vacation with 4 people.

We tried vacation with 2 children (3 years and 8 months) and were not disappointed. The apartment was quite spacious, but unfortunately not equipped for a baby. However, the landlord was very nice and accommodating, provided a crib and high chair on the first day.
Great family-friendly accommodation. Clean, stylish, child-friendly, everything available. Quiet location, magnificent view.
A car is a must in Poland, but parking was never difficult to find. Great location for day trips along the coast (the national park is highly recommended).

Beautiful vacation apartment in a quiet location in Swinoujscie.

The holiday apartment, located in a quiet part of Swinoujscie, leaves nothing to be desired. It consists of a modern and completely new bathroom, two bedrooms, and a combined living-dining area (the kitchen is fully equipped). The apartment and the whole house are in absolutely impeccable condition. Only the Polish mentality of the people at the beach leaves something to be desired, but you encounter idiots everywhere. You can tell that the owners care a lot about their property. The on-site service is very friendly and comprehensive. We enjoyed the vacation very much.

Have fun.

We had a good time in Swinoujscie and safely returned home. I can only speak in superlatives about the apartment - chic, well-maintained, equipped, and well-located. The service was great too, Kamil was really helpful and had tons of suggestions on what to do and where to go. The bakery was a bit far, but early in the morning by the promenade, it's wonderfully quiet and deserted. If you can't decide, just send the landlord an email.

Great short break in the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break. Well-furnished apartment, tranquility, beautiful views, and sandy beach. And you won't believe it, we even got sunburned in that weather - so the weather was not bad at all. The holiday apartment is really great, well-furnished, fully equipped, just had a bit of trouble with the WiFi, couldn't always connect with the iPad. Be sure to visit the pool area, top standard with few visitors. Many thanks to the nice landlord, good service is worth it : )

Villa Mistral Swinoujscie

We were absolutely positively surprised upon arriving at Villa Mistral. The style of the house with a disabled lift, modern electronic locking system, closed parking space behind the house, and the tastefully styled foyer. In the elevator to the apartment, which also scored points with its tasteful furnishings right away and didn't leave anything to be desired during the stay. Apart from the good furniture for a holiday apartment, there was a kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. There were two televisions, one with German channels and one with a DVD player. Additionally, there was free WiFi available with decent speed. We can only recommend this accommodation and will definitely visit it again ourselves.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Absolute Strandnähe, an einer parkähnlichen Anlage, am Rande einer sehr schön gestalteten Appartementhaus- Siedlung.
Die umliegenden Bauten sind entweder komplett neu in den letzten Jahren entstanden oder offensichtlich bestens renoviert worden.
Der Stil ist altem Bädercharme nachempfunden und erinnert keinesfalls an Bettenburgen anderer Anlagen

free time activities: Die absolute Nähe zum riesigen Strand ist bestimmend, die Promenade lädt ein zum Bummeln und gutem preisgünstigen Essen.

shopping facilities: Supermärkte wie Lidl und Netto sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, ebenso der berühmte "Polenmarkt" am Grenzübergang Richtung Ahlbeck

Good address.

We stayed at this property in apartment 204 over New Year's Eve 2010/2011. Very nice apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, modern and bright, very clean, with parking on the premises. The reception service is always available if there are any questions or help is needed. The house is equipped with video surveillance. The swimming pool in the basement is very spacious, with a whirlpool and sauna. Everything is great, you can organize everything through the registration.
Towels and bed linens were as agreed and sufficient.
The only thing missing in the apartment was a table with chairs, but that didn't bother us as we ate out all the time.
There are many good restaurants nearby, focus more on the smaller ones, they are better than the big ones.
