It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and has been extensively renovated and lovingly furnished in maritime style.

Absolutely nothing negative to say.
This vacation rental is upscale. It simply has everything you need. I am originally from Bremerhaven and live in the USA. This is already my second time in this vacation rental because it is just so great. When you enter the apartment, you are immediately greeted by a huge beach chair. A small staircase leads up to a super long hallway where the rooms branch off. The decor is cozy and in coastal style. The wood paneling in the living room is top-notch and the balcony is very large with loungers. There is simply nothing missing. Now, about my hosts, Anja and Hartmut Schober. It is often said that we Northerners are somewhat special, which is not the case at all with Anja and Hartmut. I was welcomed with so much warmth, and Anja made sure to show and explain everything in the vacation rental in detail. I know that I can contact them at any time, as they live right next door if I needed anything. But since everything is there, I really didn't need anything. The area is wonderful, I didn't even drive a car. I got everywhere by bike and without a bike, it is not far to the bus stop. You can really get anywhere without any problems. I have stayed in several vacation rentals in the USA and the Netherlands, but this vacation rental is the best I have enjoyed so far. Once again, a big thank you to Anja and Hartmut, and I am already looking forward to the next time. Sabine Huffman, Virginia USA.

Holiday flat deck 1
Very nice flat where nothing is missing. Perfectly furnished, very clean in a quiet residential area, with super nice, accommodating landlords. Larger cities such as Bremerhaven, Bremen, Cuxhaven, Butjadingen etc. can be reached quickly. We will definitely come back again and thank you for the great week we had with you.

Anja Schober, 60 years young, welcomes you as the landlady Together with my husband Hartmut Schober, we decided to renovate and maintain my husband's parents' house as a holiday home. After intensive renovation work, which we completed last year, the holiday home is now waiting for its guests and visitors to fill the rooms with life and laughter again. Laughter is very important, because we are both very humorous, even if the dry, northern German humour is not immediately recognised by everyone. It is important to both of us that you feel comfortable and can enjoy yourself, so if something is missing or not in order, we are immediately on the spot, because we live right next door. If you have any problems or questions about the next excursion destination, just ask us, we'll be happy to help. We also know where the fish tastes particularly good and will show you the way. We are hospitable and not afraid of people. So be brave and visit us.
