Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 crib and access to the terrace. Cooking nook (walk-through room) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, access to the terrace and dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and window.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, beach service (2 sunloungers, 1 parasol).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 35% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 60 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: bed linen 10 € per person per change. hand towels 10 € per person per change. baby cot – please order at booking 30 € per bed per stay. Wireless Internet access 6 € per package per day.
