The ground floor includes a large, open living area that is designed to facilitate social gatherings and relaxation. The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest household appliances, including an induction hob, extractor hood, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has all the necessary kitchen utensils and cutlery, so guests can prepare their meals comfortably and effortlessly. Next to the kitchen, there is a spacious dining area with a beautiful wooden table that seats six people – ideal for shared meals and sociable evenings with good food.
The living area also includes an elegantly furnished sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, where guests can comfortably enjoy their favorite movies and series. An additional highlight is the bar, where you can enjoy a glass of wine from the local vineyards. For the youngest guests, there is a children's room with toys, board games, and a PlayStation console, which ensures fun and entertainment. A modern guest toilet on the ground floor completes the offerings.
Upstairs, there are three beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. A special highlight is the floating hanging chair, in which you can gently sway and enjoy absolute tranquility.

By the pool, there are six comfortable lounge chairs where guests can relax and enjoy the sun as well as the beautiful surroundings. Another terrace features a seating area and a grill, ideal for evening barbecues and social gatherings. Around the villa, there are two more terraces providing private retreats for guests. A vegetable garden is also available to guests, contributing to the cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The Villa Green Pearl is completely fenced, ensuring privacy and a sense of security. There are several parking spaces in the courtyard, ideal for guests arriving by car. For guests with electric vehicles, a Schuko socket is available – they just need their own charging cable.
