Description
Villa Cedar is a newly renovated villa dating from 1935, which extends over a 1200 m2 plot. It is located in the quiet village of Gostinjac on the island of Krk. 8 guests can spend a quiet and peaceful holiday in this 5-star villa. A 36 m² pool, a summer kitchen pavilion and a sunny sun terrace ensure that you will spend an unforgettable holiday.
The villa extends over two floors. The wide and spacious living area on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a comfortable sofa with intelligent TV with SAT programmes and WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped with top appliances such as electric cooker, freezer, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils. A washing machine is also available in the guest toilet on the ground floor. The entire ground floor is air-conditioned.
On the first floor, three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms await the guests of the villa. All three are equipped with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), two have their own plasma TV. All three have access to the balcony, where a small table and two chairs are available for morning coffee. All three bathrooms have shower, WC, washbasin, fen and towels. All rooms are air-conditioned.
As you spend most of your time outside on holiday, this part of the property was also considered. Directly in front of the glass door to the terrace there is a spacious terrace dining table for 6 persons. The most important part of the villa is, of course, the swimming pool - 36 m2 or 9x4 m, which ensures that you can cool off on hot summer days. Six deck chairs and two sunshades are available at the pool. One of the most beautiful features is also the summer kitchen pavilion, where you can prepare meals - gas stove, stone grill, refrigerator, sink are ready for you. A toilet is also available in the pavilion. There is also a children's playground in the spacious, fenced area around the house. So that you don't have to worry about your car, there are 4 fenced parking spaces available for villa guests.

Very nice house, everything you need for a holiday. Enough space for six people with private bathrooms for each room.
The landlords are very helpful and quickly on site for any problems.
We enjoyed the time very much and can only recommend a holiday in the house.

Pure relaxation with dog
We were looking for a house in a quiet location and found it. Perfect for a young family with dog. The way to the beach / bay is not far and was also ideal for dogs. If you choose this location, you know in advance that you will have to drive further to go shopping. But that is not a problem either. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Great house and nice landlords
A really great house and very nice landlords who were always helpful and accommodating to our wishes. It takes about 10-20 minutes to reach the beach, depending on which part of the island you are heading to - a car is definitely a must.

Very beautiful house
The hosts are very friendly. House and pool in very good and well-kept condition. Pool is very large. The only drawback is that shops and restaurants can only be reached by car. We would go there again at any time.
