Holiday with panoramic views of the archipelago in this holiday home - accommodation for guests is in 2 different luxury flats ranging from 100m2 to 180m2, with two or three bedrooms.
The furnishings and location of the holiday flats meet high standards, are modern and functional and with many little extras for a cosy living ambience.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a quiet residential cul de sac only 350m from the main beach in Mimice far away from mass tourism. Mimice is a small tourist village, located on the Omis Riviera. Mimice has some treasures to offer: crystal clear water, 3 km long sandy beaches, the scent and the beauty of the thick pine forest, which is widely considered a protected cultural heritage, numerous walking paths that link the area along the coast that are proud of their old Dalmatian architecture , to the highest peaks of the mountain. Due to its natural and cultural riches Mimice plays from the very beginning an important role in tourism along the Riviera Omis.
Mimice is until today its long tradition to offer a comfortable accommodation and hospitality of its inhabitants to of traditional Dalmatian cuisine, wine, song and entertainment.

More appearance than reality
The refrigerator was initially defective, and the door of the freezer compartment was attached with large adhesive strips. Ants roamed daily on the kitchen counter, and in the morning, cockroaches were under the bed. The showers were leaking, and it was not great that the neighborhood also used the pool. The furniture was worn out, especially the sofa was quite dirty. The mattresses on the beds are also quite old.

Hello, we had two wonderful weeks. The landlords were very accommodating. Everything was as described. The only thing that was a bit dumb was that it rained through the awning, so we had to go inside.

Simply perfect.
Great accommodation, very nice landlords, a relaxing holiday. The view is fantastic as the accommodation is located at a higher elevation. If you are not good at walking, you can also drive to the beach by car. There is a supermarket in the village and some small cafes and restaurants.
