We needed a clean stopover and this met the requirements well. The facilities were excellent.

The balcony doors did not lock and there was visible break-in damage. The balcony was easily accessible via a scaffold. Another apartment was immediately cleaned for us and we could "move." Unfortunately, the balcony doors in the next apartment also did not lock. We had very noisy downstairs neighbors, who presumably had their permanent residence there. Their little dog was not taken out and barked in the middle of the night in the courtyard where our bedroom window faced. The radio was often turned up loud, even late at night. The manager spoke hardly any English. Communicating via WhatsApp with translation through Google Translate went well. The second apartment was not fully furnished, but I don't want to hold that against them, as we had moved in urgently. Perhaps that was not done due to the rush. At the front of the complex, there was a view of the sea, but also a busy road. At the back, there is a nice view and the pool is located there. That was not filled during our stay in May. The location was good so that Noto and other barracks were quickly accessible. The apartment was neat and clean.
