Location and surroundings of object
The house is about 80 metres away from the beautiful wide sandy beach of Costa Rai. The nearest supermarket is about 120 metres away. There are two restaurants about 150 metres away, and several more in the village within a 10-minute walk.
Wonderful panoramic walks on the mountain at various altitudes are within easy reach. The Capo Ferrato, the romantic beaches Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias within a radius of approx. 6 km. Excursions to the islands and diving paradises can be booked directly on the beach at a distance of 120 m. The cultural city of Cagliari can be reached in less than an hour on the new free motorway. The ancient nuraghi, which are only found in Sardinia and pose many riddles to archaeologists, are popular excursion destinations all over the island. Worth mentioning is the unique filigree typical Sardinian gold jewellery, which can also be bought directly in Costa Rei.

The house is situated in a large garden with palm trees, oleander bushes, hibiscus, tamarisks, callistemon, lantanas, geraniums, bignonia, and an outdoor shower. The house has two double bedrooms, a living-dining room with kitchen, and a shower bathroom. On the covered terrace there is a large table with white garden chairs. Beach chairs and a sun umbrella are available.

Very relaxing beach holiday with children
We were able to spend two wonderful weeks in the house of Mrs. v Albrecht and will definitely come back!
It was very pleasant with two children that the house is practically right on the beach and everything necessary (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.) is within walking distance.
The accommodation is overall very well equipped, the kitchen also offers everything necessary so that we often grilled or cooked and could enjoy the evenings in the beautiful garden. The communication with the landlord was always very nice, quick, and totally uncomplicated!

Dream vacation
Dear Mrs. von Albrecht,
we had a wonderful vacation in your house in Sardinia. We felt very comfortable in your house with the beautiful garden. The location is simply fantastic. We would love to come back. Cozy holiday home with a beautiful new garden
The friendly landlady Christiane informed us in advance about the exact access to the house, points of interest in the village, and good excursion destinations.
As a young couple, we particularly enjoyed sitting in the newly created beautiful garden with English lawn and native plants. Blue sky, palm tree, and a good book in a pleasant climate, now in the off-season.
It is also still nice and quiet when you go down to the beach. One walks out of the garden gate like through a green tunnel of side bushes (many beautifully blooming oleanders), and after a few minutes, the view opens up to turquoise blue clear water that laps against a bright, warm sandy beach.
In the vicinity, there are also other beautiful beaches, great viewpoints on the heights, many cafés and restaurants, and boat tours. If you want to relax on the beach in the warm south, enjoy Sardinian cuisine, and simply let your soul dangle, Christiane's holiday home is perfect in the pre-season.
In the high summer, we would rather recommend it for those who enjoy sipping cocktails in beach bars, diving into the hustle and bustle of beach parties, and meeting new people (many German-speaking people also flock here in high season, and some establishments even have a German menu). Communication with Christiane was quick, friendly, and constructive.
In the pizza oven, we could bake pizzas ourselves from local ingredients, and in the kitchen, bathroom, and with a washing machine, there was everything one needs.
The apartment is particularly suitable for couples and families. One can enjoy eating at the large table on the terrace or simply sit together while the children can play in the garden.
Gladly again!

Beautiful autumn holidays in the Villa delle Palme
We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa delle Palme. The location, especially the proximity to the beach, is fantastic. The house is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. Communication with the owners was very good. We would come back anytime and can only give our recommendation.

Beach holiday
Everything was great.
We were 3 adults and during summer temperatures we were able to enjoy our vacation for 2 weeks.
Not far to the beach and everything easily accessible on foot (shopping options and restaurants).
We liked it a lot and were able to relax.

Es war sehr angenehm mit zwei Kindern das das Haus quasi direkt am Strand liegt und alles nötige (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke uvm.) zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche bietet alles notwendige sodass wir oft gegrillt oder gekocht haben und die Abende im schönen Garten genießen konnten.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr nett, schnell und total unkompliziert!
wir haben in Ihrem Haus auf Sardinien einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. In Ihrem Haus mit dem schönen Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Klimaanlage im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer war bei diesen superheißen Temperaturen Gold wert. Liebe Grüße Tanja und Mario.
Wir als junges Ehepaar haben es besonders genossen, in dem gerade neu gemachten schönen Garten mit englischem Rasen und einheimischen Pflanzen zu sitzen. Blauer Himmel, Palme und ein gutes Buch in einem angenehmen Klima, jetzt in der Vorsaison.
Da ist es auch noch schön ruhig, wenn man zum Strand herunter geht. Man läuft aus dem Gartentor heraus wie durch einen grünen Tunnel von seitlichen Büschen (viel wunderschön blühender Oleander), und nach wenigen Minuten weitet sich der Blick auf türkisblaues klares Wasser, das auf einen hellen, warmen Sandstrand anschwappt.
In der Umgebung gibt es auch weitere schöne Strände, tolle Aussichtspunkte auf der Höhe, viele Cafés und Restaurants und Bootstouren. Wenn man im warmen Süden am Strand entspannen, die sardische Küche genießen und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen will, passt Christianes Ferienhaus in der Vorsaison wunderbar.
Im Hochsommer würden wir es eher für denjenigen empfehlen, der gerne in Strandbars Cocktails schlürft, sich ins Getümmel der Beach Party stürzt und neue Leute kennen lernt (auch viele deutschsprachige Menschen strömen in der Hochsaison hierher, manche Lokale haben sogar eine deutsche Speisekarte).
Die Kommunikation mit Christiane war schnell, freundlich und konstruktiv.
Im Pizzaofen konnten wir uns selbst Pizzen aus einheimischen Zutaten backen und in Küche, Bad und mit Waschmaschine hatte man alles, was man braucht.
Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders für Paare und Familien. Man kann schön auf der Terrasse am großen Tisch essen oder einfach zusammen sitzen und die Kinder können im Garten spielen.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und bei Hochsommer-lichen Temperaturen konnten wir 2 Wochen lang unsere Ferien geniessen.
Nicht weit zum Strand und alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants).
Hat uns gut gefallen und konnten ausspannen.

Als Anregung: Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön.
Angenehm fanden wir auch, dass der Strand gepflegt war und kein Müll herumlag- auch bei längeren Spaziergängen am Strand in beide Richtungen.
Gerne komme ich wieder.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön - mit Betten und guten Matratzen, so wie wir es lieben. Die Küche, für mich der Mittelpunkt meines Interesses, ist neu und mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten bestückt. Das Wasser im Meer ist unglaublich sauber und warm, und der feine Sandstrand ist ein Traum. Wir haben es genossen, nach dem Schwimmen die Gartendusche neben dem Brunnen zu benutzen, und uns in der Sonne an der Mauer hinter dem Haus gleich wieder zu wärmen. Besonders gerne saßen wir abends auf der Veranda mit Mozzarella, Mortadella, Pecorino, Oliven und sardischem Wein, der dort besonders fein schmeckte. Die Abende und Nächte waren meist sehr ruhig.
Wir haben die Zeit dort in sehr guter Erinnerung und ich kann das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau Richtig! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Strand von CostaRei in 2. Reihe und keine 150m von der nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeit bzw. Restaurant entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar (30m) vor dem Ferienhaus.
Handtücher, Strandtücher, Schnorchelsachen und vieles mehr waren vor Ort, was für uns eine Erleichterung war. Wir hätte das alles bei 5 Erwachsenen nicht mehr ins Auto gebracht.

Was sollen wir sagen..... wir würden gerne wieder kommen!
Der schöne Garten mit den vielen verschiedenen besonderen Pflanzen, die günstige Lage zu den Geschäften und vor allem die überaus hilfreichen Tipps und genauen Beschreibungen unserer freundlichen Vermieterin zu allen unseren Fragen (z.B zur Busfahrt von Cagliari zum Ferienhaus u.a.) trugen zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei. Ein Wunsch zum Schluss: wir hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen können... und vielleicht eine leuchtstarke Glühbirne für die Terrassenlampe ?
