Location and surroundings of object

The house is about 80 metres away from the beautiful wide sandy beach of Costa Rai. The nearest supermarket is about 120 metres away. There are two restaurants about 150 metres away, and several more in the village within a 10-minute walk.
Wonderful panoramic walks on the mountain at various altitudes are within easy reach. The Capo Ferrato, the romantic beaches Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias within a radius of approx. 6 km. Excursions to the islands and diving paradises can be booked directly on the beach at a distance of 120 m. The cultural city of Cagliari can be reached in less than an hour on the new free motorway. The ancient nuraghi, which are only found in Sardinia and pose many riddles to archaeologists, are popular excursion destinations all over the island. Worth mentioning is the unique filigree typical Sardinian gold jewellery, which can also be bought directly in Costa Rei.

The house has two double bedrooms, a living-dining room with kitchen, and a shower bathroom. On the covered terrace there is a large table with white garden chairs. Beach chairs and a sun umbrella are available.

Beautiful autumn holidays in the Villa delle Palme

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa delle Palme. The location, especially the proximity to the beach, is fantastic. The house is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. Communication with the owners was very good. We would come back anytime and can only give our recommendation.

Everything was great.
We were 3 adults and during summer temperatures we were able to enjoy our vacation for 2 weeks.
Not far to the beach and everything easily accessible on foot (shopping options and restaurants).

The house is 5 minutes away from the bus stop, and thanks to the given description, it was easy to find. I was delighted by the olive tree that welcomed us in the garden and the bottlebrush tree that started to bloom. The living room is spacious and has a nice tasteful decoration, the kitchen is small but fine, equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the gas stove works well. The large refrigerator is really helpful. The bedrooms have good mattresses, you sleep well. There are various mobile fans for cooling. The terrace is very nice and inviting for the evening hours with a glass of wine. The location is quiet and the proximity to the beach cannot be beaten (about 80 meters). I think it's great that the supermarket is about a 3-minute walk away. We love the Mediterranean plants, the palms, and the blooming oleander in front of the terrace; the slightly imperfect lawn did not bother us. We were pleased that we had swimming fins, diving goggles, beach umbrella, chairs, and games available for free. Overall, we had a successful vacation and were very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is good. As a suggestion: an air conditioning would be nice.

Dreamlike

A beautiful cozy little house, furnished in Sardinian style. Everything you need to feel comfortable is available there. 80 meters to a wonderfully beautiful beach with crystal clear water. At the beach, there is also the opportunity to rent sunbeds and have something to eat and drink. The price-performance ratio is good. A lovely little house to relax in, but also to experience something. It is pleasantly quiet and the beach is not overcrowded. Costa Rei is known for its fine sandy beach, and this was confirmed for us. We also found it pleasant that the beach was well-maintained and there was no litter around—even during longer walks along the beach in both directions. I would gladly come back.

From the beginning, everything to our satisfaction! Nothing was overpromised...

Really very nice hosts of a well-equipped holiday apartment that has no complaints. From booking to accessibility, everything is top-notch!

Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is exactly right here! The holiday apartment is located on the beach of Costa Rei in the second row and is no more than 150m from the nearest shopping opportunity and restaurant. Parking is immediately (30m) in front of the holiday home. Towels, beach towels, snorkeling gear, and much more were on site, which was a relief for us. We wouldn't have been able to fit all of that in the car with 5 adults.

What can we say... we would love to come back!

A dream

The little house is very close to the sea. Really short distances, the beach and supermarket are almost next door.
The furnishings are very nice - with beds and good mattresses, just as we love it. The kitchen, for me the center of my interest, is new and equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The water in the sea is incredibly clean and warm, and the fine sandy beach is a dream. We enjoyed using the garden shower next to the well after swimming and warming ourselves in the sun on the wall behind the house. We particularly liked sitting on the porch in the evenings with mozzarella, mortadella, pecorino, olives, and Sardinian wine, which tasted especially fine there. The evenings and nights were usually very quiet. We have very fond memories of our time there, and I can highly recommend the house.

Beautiful vacation right on the beach

Four wonderful weeks came to an end and we said goodbye to the dreamlike Costa Rei, the nearby beach, the holiday home - not just any holiday home, but a house with the "personal flair" of a family holiday home. This was especially evident in the well-equipped kitchen. One had the feeling of being at home with friends.
The beautiful garden with its many different special plants, the convenient location to the shops, and above all, the extremely helpful tips and detailed descriptions from our friendly landlady regarding all our questions (e.g. about the bus ride from Cagliari to the holiday home, among others) contributed to a successful vacation. Many thanks!
One final wish: we hope that we can come back... and maybe a bright light bulb for the terrace lamp?
