Domaine d ' Essendiéras is a beautifully landscaped domain (400 HA) with two impressive castles and a challenging 9-holes golf course in the middle of the green heart of the Dordogne.

the domain is spacious and rural you still can have a lot of privacy.
The two castles which dominate the estate form together with the outbuildings a closed courtyard: a fantastic medieval decor where in the summer months, live music is played and where you can eat and drink at long tables.
After the restoration the original function of the buildings is kept. So you'll find the original stables, blacksmith shop, carpenter shop, the tobacco attic and so on.

We had a lot of fun in the house! It was really spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The pool was also a nice touch, although it was a bit crowded at times.

Clean and comfortable accommodations, The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the air conditioning during the warm days, A simple and pleasant stay overall, I would recommend it for families looking for a quiet retreat.
