Architect-designed quality summer house (2022) with swimming pool, luxury 6-person hot tub, and sauna barrel for 4 people, located approx. 500 meters from Limforden with a child-friendly beach. The summer house is energy efficient with an air/water heat pump, enabling lower consumption. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and air conditioning from energy-efficient systems. The house also offers an electric charger for charging electric cars. The cottage's swimming pool/wellness area includes an 18 m2 pool, which is also a saltwater swimming pool, requiring minimal use of chemicals and avoiding the smell of chlorine. The swimming pool measures 4.8 x 3.70 x 1.50 m. There is also a 4-person sauna. There is a bright bathroom with a bathing area, toilet, shower, and underfloor heating. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is billiards, a table tennis table that can be placed on top of the billiards table, table football, darts, and a poker set including chips and a poker table. The holiday home was spacious and comfortable, offering a nice retreat for our family, The outdoor area was lovely, and we made good use of the sun loungers by the pool, While the decor is a bit dated, it was clean and functional, We also appreciated how close we were to attractions like Skive Dyrskueplads, No major complaints here!

A really enjoyable stay! The property is well-maintained and the owners were very welcoming, We loved the billiards and table tennis, which provided some fun evenings, The location in Højslev is quiet but gives you access to great local dining, Perfect for a large group wanting to relax and have fun together!
