Beautiful holiday home with pool and sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Nothing is missing. There is plenty of space on the very spacious outdoor terrace, even for 8 people. The sleeping areas are a bit cramped but sufficient. However, you should bring hangers. The entry into the pool is only via a ladder and is therefore not suitable for everyone.

The kids started coughing after a short time and all swimsuits are faded. 2 saunas on site, both enjoyed. House beautifully modern, except for the bathroom in the pool area, which is outdated. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly. The property is nicely large, equipped with a climbing frame and sandbox and enough parking for 2-3 cars. The surroundings are very quiet now in autumn. Legoland is only 45 minutes away. Water is reachable in a few minutes on foot. Very friendly neighbors in the village. Overall, a great stay. Recommendations: Legoland is only 45 minutes by car. Beach is within walking distance. 2 great playgrounds very close by. One by the water, one in the park. The small downtown, the alleys, and the beautiful castle in Kolding is a lovely destination for a walk.

The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. It really has everything you need. It could have been cleaner upon our arrival, e.g., hair in the beds, crumbs and pretzels on the dining room chairs. The coffee machine was also heavily soiled. We had ordered three cribs in advance but then had to find out that the bedrooms are so small that the beds could not fit there. So, some rearranging had to be done, and the parents slept separately. Therefore, we would only recommend the house for families with older children. The house is very nicely located, and the beach is ideal for small children and easily accessible on foot. Recommendations: The playland in the Kolding shopping center is highly recommended if the weather doesn't cooperate. The city of Kolding is also very beautiful.

We spent our vacation in this beautiful holiday home and are once again absolutely thrilled. We were here as guests in December 2024 – and now we were able to come back. It is truly impressive to see how much value the owners place on quality and development. In the meantime, the bathrooms have been completely renovated and the floor in the hallway has been newly poured. Everything looks even more modern, high-quality, and very well-maintained. One can clearly see that there is investment here and that the house is maintained with a lot of commitment and attention to detail. The location is simply great – quietly situated and perfect for escaping everyday life. The house is not directly on the street but is accessible via a small private path, which provides additional peace and privacy. A small suggestion for improvement: Especially under winter conditions with snow and snowdrifts, it would be helpful if a snow shovel or spade were available on-site. The private road can be somewhat difficult to navigate during heavy snowfall, and this way, one could help themselves better if needed. Overall, we had a wonderful time again and would love to return. A truly dreamy holiday home! 🏡✨

The kids loved the outdoor pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful garden views. A short drive to Sandersvig Beach made it easy for us to spend a day by the water. Highly recommended!

It was a comfortable stay with all the important things. The arrangement of the house is practical, and we appreciated the washing machine after a day at the beach. The proximity to local restaurants was a plus. Even though it didn't have the most picturesque views, it was a cozy place to relax after our daily adventures.
