The quiet location in the forest (with rabbits, deer, birds) was very relaxing. The proximity to the almost empty beach with the white, soft Caribbean sand was wonderful. / The large terraces with many loungers and chairs offered both sun and shade spots for everyone. / Since we arrived on a holiday and received our key from a box with a code, we only noticed in the holiday home that there were neither bed linens nor towels, which we had booked. On the envelope, it only said that they should be in a box under the balcony, which we couldn't find (since it was a bungalow and no balcony). Until we figured out that it was probably referring to the DanCenter. So we drove out again and found the box immediately. Then the carefree vacation could begin. / The house has everything you need for a few days or even weeks. / The living room is cozy and suitable for 4 people. On 2 TV armchairs with footrests, a 2-seater and a 3-seater couch, one could make themselves comfortable. The TV offers all programs, the numbers of which are on a note. New programs can also be added if needed. For eating, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs. / The kitchen is well equipped. Nothing is really missing; we were even able to prepare a pizza with homemade yeast dough thanks to large bowls, a mixer, a baking tray, and brought parchment paper (which would have been available as well). Perhaps a rolling pin could be included; we used a juice bottle to roll out the dough, which worked great. All conceivable utensils are also available for cooking. / However, the coffee machine is quite old and very finicky to use. One must first remove all the lids, then the filter fits well underneath. The first time preparing a full pot ended in a flooded countertop, as the filter overflowed. Fortunately, we noticed it quickly and looked for the mistake. There is a small black button at the bottom of the outlet that the pot must push in for the filter to open. If it is not positioned exactly underneath, there will be a lake and cleaning work instead of coffee... So it's better to watch the first drops to see if it really flows into the pot! / The one bathroom for 4 people was occasionally a bit tight, but it worked out great anyway. The shower curtain doesn't cling to the body during a hot shower, which we thought was great. Unfortunately, we couldn't open the window. Some hooks for towels would have been quite nice, because even with four people (the house is also for 6 people), we didn't know where to hang the bath towels and small towels. Thanks to good weather, we hung them outside on the drying rack. However, in rain or cold, the space in the bathroom would not be sufficient. The hook next to the sink is also not optimal for a small towel, because it then ends up behind the flush tank, which is not very hygienic. A clothes drying rack is also hanging on the wall and many clothespins are in a bucket. / Empty containers should be returned to the store in a timely manner. Since we didn't want any DKr, we thought we would do something nice for the cleaning team and wanted to leave them in a bag with a thank-you note that everything was so nicely clean. Unfortunately, this is not allowed and the stores had not opened yet on the early last morning, so we had to dispose of it. Too bad. / All in all, absolutely recommendable. A dream vacation! Recommendations: The great steakhouse with an attached ice cream stand, where even dogs are allowed, really pleased us. The banana ice cream with large chocolate pieces is amazing. The steaks, burgers, and spare ribs are delicious. / All attractions are reachable after a short drive, and the forests with their waterfalls as well as the beautiful lakes are wonderful for hiking. But even if you don't have a car, you can take long walks on the beach or simply relax your soul in the white sand.

The house has everything you need for a few days or even weeks. The living room is cozy and suitable for 4 people. You could get comfortable on 2 TV armchairs with footstool, a 2-seater and a 3-seater couch. The TV offers all programs, the numbers of which are listed on a piece of paper. If needed, you can also write down new programs. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs for eating. The kitchen is well-equipped. It really lacks nothing, we were even able to prepare a pizza with homemade yeast dough thanks to large bowls, mixer, baking sheet, and brought baking paper (but it would have been there too). The 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds would also be suitable for 6 people. The beds are extremely comfortable, the mattresses are not too hard or too soft, and the duvets are dreamy—fluffy, heavy yet not too warm or cold. We slept like logs.

In the utility room next to the front door, there is a washing machine with detergent, fabric softener, and a dryer. There is also a clothesline hanging on the wall and many clothespins in a bucket.

Return empty bottles to the store in a timely manner. Since we didn't want Danish Krone, we thought of doing something nice for the cleaning team by leaving them in a bag with a thank you note for the beautifully clean house. Unfortunately, this is not allowed, and the stores were not open early on the last morning, so we had to dispose of them. Too bad.

Overall, highly recommended. A dream vacation!

Die ruhige Lage im Wald (mit Hasen, Rehen, Vögeln) war sehr erholsam. Die Nähe zum fast leeren Strand mit dem weißen, weichen Karibiksand war herrlich. / Die großen Terrassen mit vielen Liegen und Stühlen boten Sonnen- wie auch Schattenplätze für alle. / Da wir an einem Feiertag anreisten und aus der Box mit einem Code unseren Schlüssel bekamen, haben wir erst im Ferienhaus bemerkt, dass es dort weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher gab, die wir mitgebucht hatten. Auf dem Umschlag stand nur, dass sie in einer Box unter dem Balkon liegen sollten, die wir aber nicht fanden (da Bungalow und kein Balkon). Bis wir darauf kamen, dass wohl das DanCenter gemeint war. Also noch einmal losgefahren und die Box sofort gefunden. Dann konnte der unbeschwerte Urlaub beginnen. / Man hat im Haus alles, was man für ein paar Tage oder sogar Wochen benötigt. / Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und für 4 Personen passend. Auf 2 Fernsehsesseln mit Fußbank, einer 2er und einer 3er Couch konnte man es sich gemütlich machen. Der Fernseher bietet alle Programme, deren Nummern auf einem Zettel stehen. Da kann man bei Bedarf auch neue Programme dazuschreiben. Zum Essen gibt es einen großen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen. / Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts, sogar eine Pizza mit selbstgemachtem Hefeteig konnten wir Dank großer Schüsseln, Mixer, Backblech und mitgebrachtem Backpapier (wäre aber sogar auch dagewesen) zubereiten. Vielleicht könnte man noch ein Nudelholz beilegen, so haben wir eine Saftflasche zum Ausrollen des Teiges benutzt, was prima ging. Auch zum Kochen stehen alle erdenklichen Utensilien bereit. / Die Kaffeemaschine ist aber stark in die Jahre gekommen und sehr friggelig zu bedienen. Man muss zuerst alle Deckel abnehmen, dann passt der Filter gut darunter. Das erste Mal eine volle Kanne zuzubereiten, endete aber in einer überfluteten Arbeitsplatte, da der Filter übergelaufen war. Zum Glück haben wir es schnell bemerkt und den Fehler gesucht. Da gibt es unten am Auslauf einen kleinen schwarzen Knopf, den die Kanne hineinschieben muss, damit sich der Filter öffnet. Steht sie nicht genau darunter, gibts einen See und Putzarbeit statt Kaffee... Also lieber die ersten Tropfen beobachten, obs wirklich in die Kanne läuft! / Das eine Bad für 4 Personen war ab und zu etwas knapp, aber es ging trotzdem prima. Der Duschvorhang zieht sich bei heißer Dusche nicht an den Körper, was wir super fanden. Leider konnten wir aber das Fenster nicht öffnen. Einige Haken für Handtücher wären noch ganz schön gewesen, denn schon zu viert (das Haus wäre auch für 6 Personen), wusste man mit den Badehandtüchern und kleinen Handtüchern nicht, wohin man die hängen soll. Dank gutem Wetter haben wir sie draußen auf den Wäscheständer gehängt. Bei Regen oder Kälte wäre aber der Platz im Bad nicht ausreichend. Der Haken neben dem Waschbecken ist auch für ein kleines Handtuch nicht optimal, weil es dann hinter dem Spülkasten endet, was nicht sehr hygienisch ist. Mindestens 4 große Türhaken zum Einhängen hätten uns schon geholfen. / Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und 2 Einzelbetten wären auch für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Betten sind urgemütlich, die Matratzen nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich und die Bettdecken ein Traum. Raschelig, schwer und trotzdem nicht zu warm oder kalt. Wir haben geschlafen, wie die Murmeltiere. / In dem Hauswirtschaftsraum neben der Haustür steht eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Weichspüler und ein Trocknergerät. Auch ein Wäscheständer hängt an der Wand und viele Wäscheklammern befinden sich in einem Eimer. / Leergut sollte man rechtzeitig im Laden zurückgeben. Da wir keine DKr haben wollten, dachten wir, dem Putzteam etwas Gutes zu tun und wollten sie in einem Beutel gesammelt mit einem Dankesbrief, dass alles so schön sauber war, dort lassen. Leider ist dies nicht gestattet und die Läden hatten am zeitigen letzten Morgen noch nicht geöffnet, so dass wir es entsorgen mussten. Schade. / Alles in allem aber absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Traumurlaub! Empfehlungen: Das tolle Steakhaus mit angeschlossener Eisbude, in das sogar Hunde hineindürfen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Bananeneis mit großen Schokostückchen ist der Hammer. Die Steaks, Burger und Spareribs sind oberlecker. / Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen und die Wälder mit ihren Wasserfällen sowie die schönen Seen sind für Wanderungen herrlich. Aber auch, wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man lange Strandspaziergänge machen oder einfach im weißen Sand die Seele baumeln lassen.
