Beachside Haven with Pines

Nexö

Property enclosed for dogs and small children, great. Unfortunately, further away prior knowledge as stated 200m water was a marsh and nature reserve. Front door key was stuck, we always had to circle to get the door open. Recommendations: There is only a beach 2 km further and small restaurants.

The holiday home is very well-maintained and comfortably furnished. Although the pool is somewhat older, everything is kept in good order and is very clean. The living area with kitchen is sufficiently large for 2 - 6 people. For 8 people, I find it a bit too small, although 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds are available. The fenced garden was ideal for our small dog. Beautiful walks at Balkastrand or towards Nexø bring much joy. Recommendations: All attractions in Bornholm are easily accessible by car. On foot, one can enjoy a beautiful hike along Balkastrand towards Snogebæk, or through a nature reserve towards Nexø. We definitely recommend visiting the chocolate factory Kjærstrup in Snogebæk and tasting the specialties there!

Recommendations: The house itself is very beautiful and in a great location to the beach. Unfortunately, it was very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen cabinets were sticky on the inside and very dirty on the outside. The bed in the smallest room is unfortunately broken (the slats keep falling down, causing the mattress to sag). Many lamps were also broken. Unfortunately, the house shows signs that it is not well maintained. That is very unfortunate.
