Description

Villa Amani is a four-room holiday home with a private pool. It is located in the quiet tourist resort of Paradiž, near Vodnjan. Villa Amani is in the neighborhood of numerous holiday villas, and is completely fenced.

The outdoor area of the house offers a private pool, barbecue and covered terrace.

Out of a total of four rooms, three bedrooms have double beds. The fourth room contains two single beds. Two rooms have access to the balcony.

Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

In the fully equipped kitchen there is also a table where 8 people can dine comfortably.
Among the kitchen appliances, we would highlight the dishwasher, oven and two large refrigerators.

The living room has a corner sofa, an indoor fireplace and a TV with satellite channels.

The living room leads to the terrace, which contains a large table for eight people and a small table for afternoon coffee with four chairs.

The house is equipped with 2 air conditioners, a washing machine, WiFi internet connection and satellite television.

Villa Amani is located in the Paradise Villas resort only 4 km from Vodnjan.
Vodnjan is in a good position if you plan to visit tourist destinations such as Pula and Rovinj.

The Plodine and Konzum supermarkets are about 5 km from the accommodation.

The famous beaches of Fažana and Peroj are 12 km away.

Recommended for a good meal near the accommodation are Restaurant Vodnjanka at a distance of 4.5 km and Pizza & BBQ Buffalo Vodnjan at 4 km from the accommodation.

In Pula (15 km) you can visit the famous Roman amphitheater "Arena" and enjoy various summer events. The villa is 15.8 km from the airport in Pula.
