The house is located in a quiet cul de sac in Omis Omis only 50m from the beach. The fishing Stanići is located half way between Makarska and Split, 50 km from the airport. It is an ideal vacation spot because it is located far from the noisy city and from the city noise. Here you will be able to enjoy in the fresh air, the crystal clear sea and the beautiful beaches (Tice, Zavode, Rape). In the immediate vicinity is the historic town of Omiš from daily trips are organized to the islands of Brac and Hvar. The sports fans are here paragliding, mountaineering, as well as canoeing and kayaking on the river Cetina available.

Near the private apartments there are several shops, restaurants (Borovina, Sun City and Pizzeria Espagna) and the bus stop.
