All apartments have TV, Safe, Telephone, hair dryer, W-Lan, microwave, air condition, balcony or terrace, sea view is possible on request.
The 2-Room-Apartments with ca. 40 qm, for max. 4 persons have a living room with double sleeping couch, kitchenette, dining space, one double bed room, bathroom with shower/WC.

Location and surroundings of object
The Residence is only 50 m from the sea and the beach and lies in a quiet secondary street. Martinsicuro lies in the region of Abruzzo in Italy in the province of Teramo and has about 17,000 inhabitants. The town has a nice and large sandy beach and a blue sea and is a popular family-friendly holiday place at the Adriatic sea. An attractive seafront with palms where one can find numerous bars, ice-cream parlours and restaurants is ideal for an evening walk. Besides, there is a biotope with dunes. The miraculous scenery with her green hills just behind the sea offers impressive surroundings for a restful and quiet vacation. In the surroundings of the town is famous for the winery of Montepulciano DOC.
Culture: Under Roman time Castrum Truentum disposed of a tower established in 1547, the „Torre di Carlo V“ that was built in Byzantine time as a defensive storm against Turkish pirates. Today there is an archaeological museum with excavation pieces from the surroundings. In the parish church \"Sacro Cuore di Gesù\" one can visit a valuable painting of Giuseppe Pauri. In the medieval city center are other antique buildings.
SPORT: Cyclists can explore the surroundings on various cycle tracks in the attractive hinterland. Numerous footpaths of 3 – 7 km are available to for walking and to get to know the natural landscape of the Abruzzo with all her facets. On the beach there are many sports possibilities, as for example beach tennis, Beachvolleyball or Beachsoccer.
