This is a very nice house, with a beautiful garden. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's also nice that there were cribs and high chairs, a changing table with a changing pad, and fun play equipment outside. The owners are very friendly and quick to communicate. The only downside for us was that the garden is right next to a very busy N-road with a 12% incline. There is a lot of traffic that goes up and down the hill in low gear (so more noise). Because of this, you unfortunately never really sit quietly in the garden. This is mentioned in the advertisement, so it wasn't completely a surprise.

We had a wonderful vacation here with a group of friends. Communication before arrival was very pleasant, and we had a nice tour from the host upon arrival. The cottage is equipped with all conveniences, and there are many things to experience in the area. We personally recommend the animal and climbing park Forestia, the castle of Franchimont, and the lovely spa in Spa. The cottage itself is on a steep slope, but even with a Fiat 500, we managed to reach the cottage and the other mountainous landscapes nearby. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the garden, as there is a picnic table and garden sets to enjoy eating outside in the warm weather. If you're lucky, you can also see the cows grazing in the grass above you. All in all, this stay was definitely a success, and we would love to come back again.
