New modern spacious holiday home with spacious terrace and lawn. Downstairs spacious living room and kitchen, separate toilet and storage room with washing machine and dryer.
Fifth/sixth guest can sleep on sofa bed in living room.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with TV) and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Only without pets.

Super accommodation for relaxing days by the sea and in the surrounding area.
Everything was perfect – starting with the communication, which was very friendly and uncomplicated, to the house itself and the handling of the deposit and additional costs.
The house has a great location, nice and quiet without through traffic.
Modern and equipped with everything you need. Decorated with a lot of love for detail.
The garden - we were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the terrace as well - very well maintained and absolutely perfect for relaxing. The whole place has a great location for various excursions and activities. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back again!

An absolute dream vacation home, highly recommended.
Our autumn holiday in October 2024
Everything is just perfect here.
From booking to the check-in and billing, everything went smoothly and satisfactorily. The email communication with Mr. Vervaeck is perfect, before, during, and after the holiday.
The drive to the very quiet settlement went very well, and we could park right in front of the front door.
Upon entering the house, we were very surprised. It was simply perfect. Everything we needed was there, a very well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and very well-furnished inventory. A small, well-maintained garden right by the dining room so that we had a great view during meals.
The entire decoration and furnishings are very tastefully, high-quality, and lovingly chosen. I think we couldn't stop marveling and raving about it...
Above all, everything was clean and pure. The surroundings and the proximity to the towns and beaches make the location special. Shopping opportunities are just a few minutes away.
Well, what else should I write... No question, we will come back next year.

Highly recommended holiday home
The holiday home is very beautiful and has a modern and tasteful ambiance. The equipment is complete and of high quality. The house is located in a very quiet area, ideal for feeling comfortable and relaxing. The communication with the landlord was excellent and friendly. The final billing and deposit refund were also prompt and trouble-free.
This holiday home is absolutely recommendable. We would book it again at any time.

Beautiful holiday house to feel good
The holiday home exceeded all our expectations! Modern furnishings, complete equipment, we did not miss anything. The contact with the landlord was exemplary and without problems. The settlement of the utility costs was easy and done within a few hours! The holiday home with its small garden is an oasis of peace, not far from the beach. Also nearby is the stop for the coastal tram, Kusttram, which allows you to comfortably travel along the entire Belgian North Sea coast. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can highly recommend the house!!!

Das Haus selbst hat eine tolle Lage, schön ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Modern und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Dazu mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Der Garten- wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten auch die Terrasse mal genießen- sehr gepflegt und absolut zum Ausspannen.
Das Ganze hat für vielerlei Ausflüge und Unternehmungen eine tolle Lage.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!!
Hier stimmt einfach Alles.
Von der Buchung über den Bezug und der Barechnung klappte einfach alles problemlos und sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Mailkommunikation mit Herrn Vervaeck ist perfekt, vor, während und nach dem Urlaub.
Die Anfahrt in die sehr ruhige Siedlung verläuft sehr gut und wir konnten direkt vor der Eingangstür parken.
Nach dem betreten des Hauses wir sehr überrascht. Es war einfach perfekt. Alles was man braucht fanden wir vor, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Geschirr und sehr gut eingerichtetem Inventar. Ein kleiner topgepflegter Garten direkt am Eßzimmer so das wir einen tollen Blick wärend des Essens hatten.
Die gesammte Dekoration und Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und sehr liebevoll ausgesucht. Ich glaube hier kamen wir aus dem staunen und schwärmen nicht zu Ende ...
Vorallem es war ALLES sauber und rein.
Auch das Umland und die Nähe zu den Ortschaften und Stränden macht die Lage besonders. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen nur in ein paar Minuten Entfernung.
Ja was soll ich noch schreiben ... Keine Frage wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr

Het beddegoed rook heerlijk en we waren snel in dromenland na het wandelen en fietsen.
Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vorbildlich und ohne Probleme.
Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten erfolgte völlig unkompliziert und innerhalb weniger Stunden!!!
Das Ferienhaus mit seinem kleinen Garten ist eine Oase der Ruhe, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Haltestelle der Küstenstraßenbahn Kusttram, mit der man die ganze belgische Nordseeküste bequem abfahren kann, ist in der Nähe des Hauses.
Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt, und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!
Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig, man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung und auch viele tolle Strandabschnitte und Promenaden.

Ein Elektrogrill ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür.Urlaub mit Fahrrädern lohnt sich hier auf jeden Fall alle gut zu erreichen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Schlüssel Über Gabe und Abgabe waren problemlos und pünktlich. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.
