Located in the center of beautiful Sutivan, just 200m from the beach. Garden house Sutivan is located on a 800m2 land plot with picturesque Mediterranean garden composed of a variety of olive trees, fig, lemon and pomegranate trees. Newly renovated house in 2022 has 140m2 and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Entrance to the house is right by the private off street parking for two vehicles. House is located on 800m2 land plot with spacious Mediterranean garden with olive trees, lemon and fig tree you can enjoy in the season. There is a traditional barbecue next to the entrance where you can grill fish or meat.
The ground floor is dominated by a large open plan living / dining room with fireplace for colder nights and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. From the living you can access the sea view dining terrace and lounge chairs. On the same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms with king size beds and balcony sea view access, attached bathrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. Balcony offers more stunning sea views.
From the garden you can enter in a private room bellow the living are with table soccer table and darts, and an additional bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

The area around the house is private, ideal for families and guests who would like to enjoy peace and quiet on their vacation while letting the kids play in the garden. Minutes to the nearest beach (250m), beautiful climate, peaceful. Very close to the center of Sutivan (600m) where you can find cafes, restaurants, market, boat rental, ATM, fish & farmers market, post office… In high season (July / August) Sutivan is full of festivals and fun activities. Biking trails are known for their beauty and there are many options for those who wish an active vacation (hiking, fishing, diving, wine tours, olive tours etc.).

Located just 7km from the ferry port in Supetar, Sutivan is easily accessible by car or public transport. Off street parking is available by the house with easy parking for 2 vehicles.

Hello dear guests, my name is Iva and my family has been hosting guests for more than 8 years. We just opened our house in Sutivan, Brac to guests after full renovation. It's a beautiful stone front house with spacious garden, private and relaxing yet really close to the center and just minutes to most beautiful beaches on the island of Brac. I love all things connected with Croatian tradition and nature. In my free time my family and I enjoy long walks by the beach, fishing and swimming.
