House of 107M² on 650M² of land. Nature preserved in an old pine forest House located in a dead end of a very quiet domain. 8mn walk from the beautiful beach of St Cyprien (commune of Lecci). 8mn on foot from the shops 5mn by car from the first supermarket. 10mn by car from Porto Vecchio.
The house is composed of :
Bedroom 1: parental suite of 22m². Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Bedroom 3: 1 double bed Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 2 single beds on the mezzanine. 3 of the 4 bedrooms open onto the outside. Equipped kitchen open onto the living room. The whole is 34m ² A very pleasant place on the front of the house, ideal for a breakfast in the morning sun. A large terrace at the back of the house to enjoy the garden, and which overlooks a green area with the access road to the beach. 3 showers, one of which is outside 2 toilets, one of which is independent. Bed linen and towels not included. Activities: water sports in the bay of Saint Cyprien. Mountain (mountain biking, cycling, hiking, visits of sites, swimming in the torrents, canyoning, accrobranche, via ferrata).
