We warmly welcome you to our newly built holiday home directly by the sea.

On the first floor of this luxuriously furnished villa is an open living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The upper floor has 3 high quality furnished bedrooms, a large bathroom and a sauna. Each room of our vacation home offers you a breathtaking sea view.

Our vacation home is located on a man-made island behind the marina Den Oever directly in the Ijsselmeer .
You can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the marina on the front terrace, on the back terrace you can end the day with a picturesque sunset in the Ijsselmeer.

Not only will the extraordinary and very beautiful location of the house with direct water access remain in your memory, but also the features such as the sauna. Our loft bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms is especially popular. A 75-inch smart TV in the living room and three 43-inch smart TVs in the bedrooms complete the offer. The kitchen, equipped with many comforts, also has a wine refrigerator.

Holiday home in a beautiful location

Great holiday home with lake access at Ijsselmeer. We really enjoyed our time, the house has everything you need.....even binoculars to observe the bird colonies on the other side. The surrounding towns/places are quickly reachable by car, and the supermarket can be "biked" to in just a few minutes with the provided mini bikes.
Otherwise, you can wonderfully relax, whether in the house or on the terrace.
We and our ? missed nothing ?.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind und Hund dort . Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön, der Ausblick unglaublich . Der Garten bis auf dem Steg ist komplett eingezäunt . Ein Mobiler Zaun wird einem aber auch gestellt . Kann Ich wärmsten empfehlen

Great house in the best location

We spent a very nice extended weekend in House Hannes. The house is very well thought out and tastefully furnished, nothing is missing. The outdoor facilities offer the best quality of stay with sea views and sunset in the back and marina views in the front when the weather is nice. The location is truly rarely beautiful. The furnishings of the apartment, including the kitchen, leave nothing to be desired. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are bright and flooded with light, the house is highly recommended, even for several people. The living area and terraces are very spacious with plenty of seating. The information and tips from the landlords are very extensive and helpful. We have rarely stayed in such a beautiful accommodation, therefore five stars in all areas.

Great location, great house

We were with 3 generations, 5 adults, 1 elementary school child, and a baby over Easter in the house.
The house is very well and high-quality equipped. The kitchen and the rooms leave nothing to be desired. The pots were perfect; I will also get them when Mrs. Huesmann tells me where I can find them :-).
The beds are not sagging, and the view from the bedrooms is breathtaking. For us, the decoration with the baby was a small problem, as our little one really wanted to touch everything and would have loved to play with the water in the food bowl all day long with his little hands. There was also no protection at the bottom of the stairs, so we had to keep the door to the hallway always open so that he couldn't climb up. We didn't use the sauna, but the bathroom and the toilet were very modern and clean. Who, like me, wants to clean the bathroom daily will find all cleaning supplies in the house. I only used my own cloths. The property is completely fenced, but at the front by the dock, the barrier is very low. Our 40cm dog took advantage of this opportunity right on the first morning and marked the neighboring property as his territory. Unfortunately, the neighboring property is not fenced at the front, so our dog also used that escape route. A clear advantage here was that the house is quite far back, no cars drive by, and he would have had to walk to the bridge to get further away.
Conclusion: very nice landlords, great amenities, and a great location.
We can only recommend the house.
Charging with an electric car was also no problem.

Beautiful holiday destination

We spent three wonderful days in a holiday home in the Netherlands.

Right by the sea and with its own sauna. It was simply dreamy!

The house was very cozy, clean, and well-equipped. Especially the location right by the sea thrilled us. Waking up in the morning with a view of the water was simply delightful.

The sauna in the house was of course an absolute highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day in the fresh sea air. We had a very nice and relaxing time there and can absolutely recommend the holiday home. We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation home

Thank you very much for the great stay. We, 3 girls and 2 dogs, enjoyed it very much. House Hannes is furnished with a lot of love and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the windows is simply fantastic. The house is super clean and the location is dreamy. Starting the day in the morning with coffee and a view of the harbor and ending the evening at the dock with the sunset. All in all, a perfect vacation. We would love to come back.

Beautifully furnished holiday home in a perfect location

We immediately felt very comfortable in this holiday home. It is equipped to a high standard. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the house has a sauna, which we also used. A washing machine is also available. The bedrooms were very cozy and beautifully furnished. The view from the window at night was simply great.

And the living area along with the garden was a highlight. Lying in the garden and looking at the sea while the boats pass by was definitely unique. And the entire surroundings - the house is located right by a marina, it was great and perfect vacation feeling.

We were there with our dog and that posed no problem at all. The house was completely fenced, so she couldn't escape.

We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Luxury Holiday Home

We (7 people/3 generations) felt comfortable in this great holiday home for one week in October. We found the house exactly as we saw it in pictures and descriptions online. The amenities (including sauna, bicycles, Weber grill, etc.) and location are top-notch!!! The nice host, Mrs. Huesmann, provided us with tips regarding the area, attractions, and local eateries. Dreamlike for relaxing

Beautiful place to feel good

The house is truly exceptional due to its location, a great place to relax and feel completely comfortable. The furnishings and decor are perfect and of high quality, and there is really nothing missing. You can feel the personal flair of the house, but in a pleasant mix. We have already lived in many houses, but often there is the option of a cool, functionally furnished house or a house overloaded with personal objects that may not necessarily match one's own taste. Here, the perfect mix for feeling comfortable has been achieved. The location is ideal for outings of all kinds, and the tips from the landlord were great. The overall contact was absolutely uncomplicated, very nice, and personal from the very beginning. We would love to come back again!

This house truly deserves the description "luxury". The house is beautiful, well-maintained and simply wonderfully decorated. Dream holiday in a dream house

We were looking for a nice "cottage by the water" which is ideal for children and dogs and found and booked "Haus Hannes". The landlady was very friendly and quick with answers from the first minute of contact.
The "dream" house offers everything your heart desires. The equipment and the location left nothing to be desired. You can see the water from all the windows, simply beautiful for a relaxing holiday!

Super relaxing

Together with 5 other friends we were looking for a place to relax after an exhausting 2022. In Haus Hannes we found this place! It is the optimal spot to recharge the batteries. Super quiet, water on both sides of the house, high quality furnishings in all rooms and yes what can we say.... A sauna in the house!

A car is recommended for trips to the surrounding towns, although you can also get from A to B easily by bike. This is by no means a disadvantage if, like us, you are looking for relaxation. The contact with the hostess was incredibly great and completely uncomplicated. We can recommend Haus Hannes without reservation! Thank you for everything!
