On the first floor of this luxuriously furnished villa is an open living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The upper floor has 3 high quality furnished bedrooms, a large bathroom and a sauna. Each room of our vacation home offers you a breathtaking sea view.

Our vacation home is located on a man-made island behind the marina Den Oever directly in the Ijsselmeer .
You can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the marina on the front terrace, on the back terrace you can end the day with a picturesque sunset in the Ijsselmeer.

Not only the exceptional and very beautiful location of the house with direct water access will remain in your memory, but also the equipment features such as the sauna. Especially popular is our loft bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A 75 inch Smart TV in the living room and three 43 inch Smart TVs in the bedrooms complete the offer.

Great location, great house
We were with 3 generations, 5 adults, 1 elementary school child, and a baby over Easter in the house.
The house is very well and high-quality equipped. The kitchen and the rooms leave nothing to be desired. The pots were perfect; I will also get them when Mrs. Huesmann tells me where I can find them :-).
The beds are not sagging, and the view from the bedrooms is breathtaking. For us, the decoration with the baby was a small problem, as our little one really wanted to touch everything and would have loved to play with the water in the food bowl all day long with his little hands. There was also no protection at the bottom of the stairs, so we had to keep the door to the hallway always open so that he couldn't climb up. We didn't use the sauna, but the bathroom and the toilet were very modern and clean. Who, like me, wants to clean the bathroom daily will find all cleaning supplies in the house. I only used my own cloths. The property is completely fenced, but at the front by the dock, the barrier is very low. Our 40cm dog took advantage of this opportunity right on the first morning and marked the neighboring property as his territory. Unfortunately, the neighboring property is not fenced at the front, so our dog also used that escape route. A clear advantage here was that the house is quite far back, no cars drive by, and he would have had to walk to the bridge to get further away.
Conclusion: very nice landlords, great amenities, and a great location.
We can only recommend the house.
Charging with an electric car was also no problem.

Beautiful holiday destination
We spent three wonderful days in a holiday home in the Netherlands.
Right by the sea and with its own sauna. It was simply dreamy!
The house was very cozy, clean, and well-equipped. Especially the location right by the sea thrilled us. Waking up in the morning with a view of the water was simply delightful.
The sauna in the house was of course an absolute highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day in the fresh sea air. We had a very nice and relaxing time there and can absolutely recommend the holiday home. We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation home
Thank you very much for the great stay. We, 3 girls and 2 dogs, enjoyed it very much. House Hannes is furnished with a lot of love and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the windows is simply fantastic. The house is super clean and the location is dreamy. Starting the day in the morning with coffee and a view of the harbor and ending the evening at the dock with the sunset. All in all, a perfect vacation. We would love to come back.

Beautifully furnished holiday home in a perfect location
We immediately felt very comfortable in this holiday home. It is equipped to a high standard. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the house has a sauna, which we also used. A washing machine is also available. The bedrooms were very cozy and beautifully furnished. The view from the window at night was simply great.
And the living area along with the garden was a highlight. Lying in the garden and looking at the sea while the boats pass by was definitely unique. And the entire surroundings - the house is located right by a marina, it was great and perfect vacation feeling.
We were there with our dog and that posed no problem at all. The house was completely fenced, so she couldn't escape.
We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Luxury Holiday Home
We (7 people/3 generations) felt comfortable in this great holiday home for one week in October. We found the house exactly as we saw it in pictures and descriptions online. The amenities (including sauna, bicycles, Weber grill, etc.) and location are top-notch!!! The nice host, Mrs. Huesmann, provided us with tips regarding the area, attractions, and local eateries. We can wholeheartedly recommend the beautiful house "Hannes"!!!
