Modern and traditional at same time, a gorgeous stone home exterior gives you a nice and cozy feeling while enjoying al-fresco. A Mediterranean style house like Villa Praska (Villa Peach), with typical Dalmatian surroundings like stone walls of the garden, olive and pine trees in the neighbourhood, and aromatic plants around you is a dream for someone who appreciates simple, yet elegant spaces.
Villa Praska is a newly built and very well-organized and well-designed 205sqm property giving a deeper dimension with half floors, positioned on a 980sqm plot. I can accommodate 6+2 people where you will have all that a modern guest needs for a perfect and relaxed holiday enjoying the high quality furnishing and carefully selected details. Fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, the stylish and comfortable interior is organized on a few levels connected with an internal staircase.
The Outdoor area is located in front of the living/dining area and offers a private and heated pool 9,5m x 3m. There is a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered outdoor dining area with a nicely organized patio filled with aromatic herbs, and a traditional barbecue next to it.
* Indoor ground floor offers an air-conditioned dining area for 8 with exit toward outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all needed amenities like wine cooler, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee maker, a microwave oven, kettle, and others. Next to the kitchen is a nice terrace with a table and two chairs, a perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the green scenery on the Podstrana hills. There is also a separate toilet. Few steps below is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, A/C, a comfortable sofa (that can convert into a sofa bed) with glass walls toward the pool area, connecting indoors with outdoors elegantly.
The lower ground floor is only a few steps under the living/dining area and in the hallway is a washing machine and ironing amenities. There is a room with a Finnish sauna, a shower and comfortable chairs for relaxing. You have a direct exit to the outdoors (next to the pool).
* The middle floor offers a Bedroom No1 (13sqm, West) with Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite Bathroom with shower (4,6sqm), with views on the surroundings.
* The first floor offers a Bedroom No2 (16sqm, South) with King size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite Bathroom with shower (4,7sqm), and 16sqm decked terrace with 2 deck chairs and views on the surroundings and the sea; Bedroom No 3 (13sqm, South-East) with King size bed 180cm x 200cm, TV, A/C and en-suite Bathroom with shower (4,6sqm), and balcony.

Between the famous town Split (9 km to center) and small-town Omiš and Cetina river (16 km) where besides nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly host with useful information, you can also experience a well-organized active holiday trying out the rafting, zip-line,horse riding, buggy driving, free climbing or different water sports.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (25 km), seaport (9 km), bus station for international traffic (9 km), railway station (9 km), and the motorway (22 km), golf and tennis courts only 3km far from the villa.
