Villa Amoena is located in the village of Brtonigla, a town full of tradition that begins in the vineyard continues in the cellars, and ends in abundance on the table. The house consists of two spacious apartments connected by external stairs. The apartments are fully equipped, modern, and comfortably furnished with high-quality furniture. Each of the apartments consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and exit to the terrace or balcony, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. Air conditioners are located in the living rooms and in the two bedrooms. The beautifully landscaped surroundings of the house as well as the large covered terrace by the pool (24m2) will complete your experience of Villa Amoena. Parking spaces are located inside a closed, private yard. Guests also have at their disposal a wellness room with a sauna, billiards table, garden gazebo, and a summer kitchen with BBQ. Pets are not allowed. Take your family or friends to a place of fine wines and olive oils, and discover the authentic power of local living in Istria.
